Worst experience ever. I just waited 2 hours for a delivery only for the store to call me and tell me that my order was being canceled. No reason was given. As others have said, the woman operating the phone has no business doing so. She can't understand anything. Could have made my own pizza at this rate. Never again. Plenty of other places around here - go to Jenny's or Johnny P's instead.

I would even rate this a 1 star this store has gone down hill since the last year - the lady answering the phone never can understand what people are saying on the phone . I waited a hours for my order not to show becouse she used couldn’t understand me i repeated my number more then 2 times !!! this is the second time i call for delivery and she couldn’t understand. if she can’t understand english she shouldn’t be answering the phone .

Ive ordered from here thrice in the past year. All 3 times i have come down with a bug within a day or 2 after ordering here. I dont think employees are keeping up the required hygiene levels in this store. Time to report them to the sanitation department.

I keep having the same issues with delivery drivers. They are rude when they are not tiped. Sorry I can’t always give out a tip when delivery charges are over 5$. On 09/15/2024 The delivery driver names mustafa shove the pizza to my son because there was no tip provided. When I called the store the assistant manager was speaking over me while I explained what happen and stayed “mustafa is an old man and has never been rude , “I know my employees and they wouldn’t do that” as I explained why would my son and brother in law lie he said to show him proff. Ironically there is cameras in my building and there will be consequences when video shows exactly that. I am tired of this location doing this over and over again . Customer is always right . Take the complaint and accommodate that’s all I was asking for not an argument. So disappointed! I would give 0 starz

I ordered from this location for 2 years yet recently the driver decided to leave my food in the hallway & complained about the 30% tip I left him. Called the store to see what can be done & nothing, so I paid for food that I never received. I had to call my bank to get a refund due to the corporate number I was given gave me the run around
