I recently answered someone's QnA about how this place has been horrid the past few years, but after a call with a really kind young man the other night they said that there is a new manager. It seems like they are still struggling a bit, but the staff was really kind and I'm hoping the new manager turns this place around! I've only had dominos maybe 2 times in the past few years I've been here and it would be nice to have the cheap and accessible option for late night studying!I didnt rate the food, service, or atmosphere because it doesn't feel applicable. I'm writing this as a heads up to anyone looking at the reviews so they know that this location may turn itself around in the near future!Still waiting on a callback from the new manager, hopefully they fix the blacklisting problem regardless--but it would be nice to know they are aware of the issue at a management level. at the end of the day, its Boston and you have a plethora of other options. But with how strict Dominos is with their delivery boundaries, being blacklisted from delivery AT ALL kinda sucks. Dominos might be one of the few chains where you can get pizza that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Its not a big deal, I just expected to have more cheap delivery options living in Boston. Especially from chains. Their other store is down the street, literally the same distance, and they wont deliver because I'm in the delivery zone of the slightly closer store.edit: actually I guess I should say that they blacklist my neighborhood somewhere between 5-6pm, for pinpoint deliveries, for the rest of the night. They actually delivered pizza to the pinpoint a while back, but that was the only way to get delivery because all addresses in my neighborhood caused the system to reach an error. The blacklisted neighborhood is pretty visible when you got to do pinpoint deliveries past the mentioned time, too. I just hope they remove the blacklist at some point. I know this place was extra sketchy during covid so I assume this is all just leftover from quarantine.

Marvin the manager called me right after I ordered and said he would not deliver my pizza because of distance (2 miles) According to the app and website that uses my address, I can only order from this Dominos. I am unable to order Dominos at all because they don’t deliver at any other location near me.The work ethic of some people is severely disappointing.

This location is horrible it says that my food was delivered and the food was never delivered I call the store and some unprofessional guy picks saying their on the way ??‍♀️ why says it was delivered when it’s still on the way

I've always ordered from this location because it's convenient but today I've had enough. Delivery driver has no customer service and order came back cold. I have missed a call for the delivery initially but, call response was less than a min > no second attempt at all. Driver have picked up and rudely pointed the blame at me stating he called ten times but, my call history states otherwise. The lack of customer service was uncalled for...especially when I've already tipped online gas lighting my first call to the store to complain.I was put on hold by store after phone pick up. Second call manager was making excuses for why the food isn't cold, (yet I was sitting their warming it up) dictating their is no issue. Order was received 40 mins after the attempt. Instead on showing compassion to an upset customer, manager disagrees with me and that the driver was right to leave. Understandably if the driver is waiting for a long time and did all they can to reach the "paying customer", okay - but to leave with out at least a second call come on now, plus delivery fee is $4.99 and tip! I Rate this place and the manager a 0 star of I could - customer service and business etiquette is not where it needs to be.I would NEVER order from this location again.

There was an arrogant kid who came out to ask to look at my receipt and then said under his breath that my blue Kia was silver. Sorry he can't see colors in the dark rain, but; he needs to watch his mouth and tone....especially since I had my 11 year old daughter with me. Made my experience incredibly awful. My Kia is Blue.

Who Knows?

Food is always hot and on time. We never have to wait long. They've also never gotten our order wrong once. Been ordering from here for 3+ yrs and are always satisfied.

They have gotten my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME, literally I am not kidding. Its like the people making the order just don't read what the customer has picked. Dominos need to step in and close the store and give it to another owner to run.

In short, RUN AWAY. Dishonest employees who are also prone to mistakes. Avoid this store. Try a different branch.My food was left on the porch on a cold, rainy day, with no call or knock from the driver. The box was soggy by the time I got the food. Manager told me he asked the driver and that the driver claims he called me and I said it was okay to leave it on the porch. This is a lie. I was right next to the door. I would have just come to the door to get my food like every other time.Manager seems to believe the driver completely and tells me that "there's been a problem with almost every delivery order" to my address and they refuse to do anything about my order. Another lie. I've probably reached out bc of a problem like 10 times in the past 5 YEARS. And not for nothing, but if they had done their job correctly in the first place, I wouldn't have had to reach out in the first place. I've worked in restaurants (including pizzerías) plenty. I totally understand an honest mistake, but I also believe in taking responsibility for your mistakes and making things right with the customer.

So me and some friends tried to order pizza this past Saturday. Shortly after the order was placed, they suddenly cancelled our order. They refused to refund my friend when he called them saying "the system was down". They literally took our money despite canceling our order, which is criminal. We will not be ordering from this Domino's from. Here on out.
