I placed an order with Domino’s at 7:30 PM, and by 8:30 PM nothing had changed on the app. After refreshing it, the app showed that my order supposedly left the store at 7:51 PM — yet it never arrived.
The restaurant is only about five minutes from my house, so there is no reason it should take 40 minutes for a driver to deliver. I should have been the first stop, but instead my food was riding around getting cold.
I ended up canceling because no one wants cold pizza, and the whole situation turned into a hassle. On top of that, I was still charged even though I never received my food and haven’t been refunded.

I placed an order at 10:00 AM and requested it to be delivered at 12:15 PM. However, I didn’t receive my order until 1:30 PM. According to the tracker, the driver left the store at 12:19 PM, so I have no idea why it took more than an hour to arrive.
I tried calling several times, and it took over an hour before anyone answered. When I finally spoke to someone, I explained that the order was for an organization meeting, not a home delivery, and the delay caused a serious inconvenience. The staff member responded in an angry tone, saying their driver had eight deliveries, and then hung up on me.
This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. I expected better communication and respect from a company like Domino’s.

Terrible service. Person at the counter ignored me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to ask about my pizza, and it turned out they forgot about it completely. I later went back and saw my finished pizza sitting unattended. I waited in the restaurant for 35 minutes for one small pizza. It was also way too expensive.

I Love this Dominos! There always open late when you get that late night craving! They're extremely close to my house as well so that's a ++++. The manager is great always says hello and asks how you're doing. One time I gave an extra $20 by mistake and he gave it back and also told me to be sure I'm careful with my money because most people would take advantage of that and he doesn't want to see that happen to me 😁Love his honesty! And all the other workers are great there as well, I've never had a problem there. The young lady who works there is great as well. She very friendly y and helpful. They are all a great bunch of people. The food is always on point, I've never had a problem with pick up.

I was in patient at Beth Isreal at 111 Francis St but the welcome pack had 330 Brookline Ave. so I accidentally sent Christian to wrong campus. The store manager solved the problem I made by remaking my whole order Top Notch 5 Star customer service from this team Thank You guys/gals excellent work
man i used to love this location. but something has reallllly changed recently. the workers are still kind and nice, but the food quality has gone insanely downhill. it started with getting two expired salads two different times but i sucked it up and got over it. but now the actual pizza isnt even good. my crust hasnt had ANY garlic seasoning recently :(!!! and my last cheesy bread was kinda just bread and not really any cheese. pleaseeee restore my dominos to it's former glory. at least if u see an order for kate.
