Waited over an hour and never got my pizza. Called twice. The first time the assistant manager said indifferently that she didn’t know how long it would take and hung up immediately. The second time when I asked for a refund she tried to tell me there was no order then later asked me what was wrong with my pizza even though we were discussing me never getting the pizza. She then “found” my order and said she cancelled it. Terrible customer service.

The manager has zero customer service skills. They forgot half our order and when I called he lied and told me it was in the delivery persons car and it would be to me within 5-10 minutes. 17 minutes later someone delivered the missing part of our order and confirmed they had never had it and returned to the store to get it. When I called to confront them about the mistake the manager refused to listen, compensate or hear anything I said. He accused me of not remembering what he had said and showed no concern for the customer. We will never be returning.

This is without a doubt the best dominos location in the Boston area. Always super speedy and great results. Consistency is key in this industry, and the people behind the operation at 464 Washington have got that down. Shoutout to Salih for always being so kind when delivering.
Very disappointing every time. The stuffed crust pizza has way too much crust—almost half the pizza is just dough, with barely any toppings or sauce. The stuffed cheesy bread was mostly dry bread with almost no cheese. Other Domino’s locations are much better. This store really needs to improve.
