I just experienced something terrible at this location and I am still in shock. While waiting for my pizza to get ready I decided to walk my dog in the parking lot. She’s the friendliest pup you could ever meet so she approached the employee that was smoking there. He’s a tall Middle-eastern looking guy, his name is Rahad and he was going to kick her in the face. Luckily he missed but I still can’t get over the audacity to do that.

The manager argued with me the driver left my food outside on the floor, and I’m disabled and cannot get my food instead of the manager, giving me a refund or replacing my food. She argued with me and went back-and-forth. Do not eat here and waste your money.

Food was good and delivered promptly. Delivery driver was very kind!
I’m in Boston for only a few days and decided to order a Hawaiian pizza and salad delivered to my hotel. Well apparently Dominos decided to “improve“ a traditional Hawaiian pizza by adding green peppers, provolone cheese, sausage… None of which belongs on a traditional Hawaiian pizza in my opinion. When I received it, I knew right away it was going to be a challenge for me to eat it and I tried having a slice and was very disappointed. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she offered to replace it at no charge which I think is very kind and is much appreciated.
Time passes…one hour later. Finally the replacement pizza is delivered and it is barely warm and the crust is pliable. I spoke to the manager at 8:20pm but they didn’t enter the order until 8:38pm, and it arrived at 9:20pm. I guess they get credit for trying but the effort fell short.

The workers have a language complication so have patience when ordering and be sure to have them repeat your order be for hanging up. When the food is prepared to your liking you shouldn't be disappointed
