I ordered from this location tonight October 23rd 2025. I’m assuming an AI chat bot answered the phone. I asked for two build your own pastas with toppings and cinnamon bites. I got two plain pastas with no toppings. I called back within five minutes of receiving my order and the manager says there is “nothing” they can do because their “screen is showing” I ordered two plain pastas…. All the calls are recorded so I know she is lying. Don’t order from here

Took an hour and 40 minutes to get the wrong order I called before I could even speak I was put on hold and hung up on 3 times ... Finally I was going to get another pizza but they forgot and didn't even credit me back this was the exact opposite of what I ordered
This food suck what the hell going on I'm done wasting money no sauce on Buffalo hot wing pizza dry and wasn't even cut and same on blue Hill Ave they need send inspection on these places 😑 these companies need get on it 1⭐️ on both place lucky u got that ...

A few days ago I ordered a pizza in boneless buffalo bites. He said 30 minutes. I gave him one card it would not go through, I gave him a second card it would not go through. I know I had the money in my accounts. He came to drop off the pizza, and I told the driver that I put a tip on my card with Domino's. I live on the 4th floor, and we are sitting down there waiting for Domino's to call us back about this tip. Then they tell me they did not use my card, so I paid cash. The driver was here within 6 minutes. How was that a fresh pizza. It tasted horrible along with the chicken McNuggets. No more, and no sauces, as I requested. I order a lot over there, as well as my friends. We are all done there. Also, ordering over the phone is hell. Expect to be on hold forever. I'm demanding my money back
