Downtown Harvard Club of Boston

Great staff and a good view of Boston. The manager “Milton” ensured we had the best experience and recommended a few dishes to try, great guy!

It was extremely nice of my colleague to treat us to lunch at the Harvard Club. Everyone was polite and the views were spectacular (Boston is a very attractive city!). But rating it as a restaurant the food was just fine and a little on the expensive side.

Every year, my division holds its graduation dinner at the Harvard Club downtown. When I graduated earlier this summer, there were serious miscommunication, service, and food errors during the event. I soon after contacted Patrick, the club manager, and he immediately made things right by apologizing and inviting my wife and I to have dinner at the club on the house, where he personally made sure we had a flawless experience from beginning to end.Thank you Patrick and Eli!
