Awesome pizza, drinks and service. It's our favorite spot to grab a quick dinner before a Celtics game. The burrata pizza is truly next level.

I made this reservation, showed up, and they told me they couldn't accommodate me for any seatings despite having a reservation

Very disappointing experience. The service was slow, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. The pizza was almost inedible, and the bread on the sandwiches was so hard that both people who ordered meatball subs ended up eating just the meatballs and leaving the bread. Definitely not worth the wait or the price.

Food is always good, and affordable. It was super busy and they were short staffed but the server had a very nice demeanor and was very nice! He worked his butt off!

3.0 stars Server seemed to be rushing our table. He came back several time withing minutes. Not giving our party time to read the menu and the time to make a good food decision. He at one point left our table with just one menu... Thought he was rude and did not care about our experience. Pizza was undercooked We decided as a group not to return to Ducali in the future.

Always outstanding. Great pizzas and atmosphere if you're in the North End or going to the Garden, Ducali is a must!

The best service bar in Boston!

My family and I have been on a road trip down the coast starting in Maine. We have not had a single satisfying meal until we arrived here. Walked in and we were seated immediately, our server was super polite, and the food was absolutely spectacular. Not to mention our cheapest meal (8 people for under $200) so far. 100% would visit if im ever back in Boston after this trip.

The pollo parmigiana sandwich was good. Only problem was that we ordered the pollo fritto. I usually tip overly generously because I know we don't order drinks and usually share an entree just because we don't want that much food. I did not this time because the waiter was too interested in what was on his phone than to seat or serve us.

Really just a mid experience overall. Husband and I sat at the bar before the Dua Lipa concert and the place was fairly busy. We each had a draft beer, both of which were old/had off flavors. Maybe stick to cocktails/bottles here. Lots of flies at the bar area near the fruit which kinda killed the vibe.

As far as the food, again, mid. I got the marg pizza plus soppressata which was basically just a soupy mess. I get it - there's grease and oil and I like that, but this was another level. Just too much.

I was very disappointed during my visit to Ducali. — specifically the men, in fact only the men — were constantly speaking in Spanish among themselves about women walking by and women in general, in a very sexual way. They were making these comments openly, assuming no one would understand them, but I did.

This type of behavior is extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. It is disturbing, degrading, and should have absolutely no place in any workplace, especially a restaurant environment. It creates a hostile atmosphere and reflects very poorly on the management for allowing it to continue.

This should be zero-tolerated in this day and age, and the restaurant needs to take action to address it.

We had meatballs and caprese. As soon as you bite into the meatballs, you know it is a special blend of meats and seasonings. It was amazing.

Food was fantastic! Just a few comments about the service. We had a reservation--when we got there the place was EMPTY. one other table was finishing. Our server asked us 3 times in 15 minutes if we were ready to order when we said each time that we are not in a rush and no hurry. When the food was then ready on the counter (I could see it from my vantage point, and again, we were the only ones there) our server was seated at the entrance and watching his phone. I watched this for about 5 minutes when the other server finally tapped him on the shoulder. Also, a party of 6-7 including 2 young kids/high chairs came in---the whole restaurant is empty except 2 adults on a date---and they sit this family right next to us with the high chair backing up to our table. Meantime, there were several open tables at the window that could have been used. I've worked in enough restaurtants to know---you should space this family away if at all possible. That was truly disappointing. Again- the food was fabulous. Next time-takeout
