The dumplings are really good and authentic. Only had better in Hongkong at a time.
The setup and service is typically Chinese and authentic too.

Had General Gau’s tofu and steamed vegetable dumplings. Dumplings were good, but for the tofu, sauce was far too sweet and thick, and the rest of the dish was pretty tasteless. Overpriced.

The menus on the window made it seem like a fun delicious restaurant to eat at. I was wrong. The whole place smelled funny, the carpet had weird stains everywhere, the tables were sticky and not balanced. Our waitress looked so mad and upset that we showed up to eat. She was eating when we walked in and laughing at her phone. She give us mean looks anytime we asked for something. She never came to check on us until we called the bus boy over to get the check. The mug my mom was given, had lipstick stains all over the rim. When she asked for replacement, the waitress had this annoyed looked on her face. The food was good, but everything else was terrible. I don't recommend.

Wanted some lunch before heading back to New Hampshire- popped in here as it was closest to where I parked.
WOW!!!! I mean, all I got were spring rolls and Taiwan style noodles with chicken. Both were AMAZING!!!! WOW!!!! Thank you very much for a wonderful lunch!! ???❤️?

The food is good, but they automatically gave themselves an 18% tip unbeknownst to me until I looked at my receipt afterward, on top of the tip I was already leaving. Very sly and dishonest tactic if you ask me.

Great tasting food and quick service. They had some Taiwanese items on the menu that are hard to find in the States so our group wanted to try. Overall, decent place to get some good food.

A nice restaurant, we ordered fried rice with chicken, meat and shrimp, very delicious, plus some very delicious pork dumplings and a beer, everything was good, I recommend if you want something light.

Oh my god this was my last straw with this wretched restaurant. First of all, would you eat this? We placed an online order and the mean lady that everyone writes a bad review about didn’t even realize there was an order placed and made us feel like we were in the wrong place. After 10 minutes of waiting, we got our food. We would’ve waited longer for something decent at least. The shrimp skewers had the shell STUCK on, it was absolutely impossible to get off, and it was clear that the shrimp wasn’t cleaned. I’ve tried to give this place a chance a few times but every time I go back I have a worse experience than the last— learned my lesson this time!! I’m sick to my stomach

The service was fantastic however the food was not. Although we had some roasted duck buns that I would definitely go back for.

I got the general gow chicken. batter so thick you couldn’t taste the cuts of meat that I would .thrown out had I trimmed Chicken at home. Serve us our white, rice last and I had to remind her. Beef teriyaki strips were the tiniest fattest pieces of steak again I would’ve chopped off and thrown out had I cooked at home, then thought I was safe with crab and room and it was so fishy tasting and definitely is not crab, and the atmosphere, I wouldn’t put my pocketbook on the floor.$57.00 and they tried to add on a 20% tip on the charge went through. I gave them 15% just because I’m a nice person.

Although initially drawn back by the decent food quality despite the higher prices, our recent experience has left us with no intention of returning to Dumpling Cafe.

The waitress appeared disinterested and rarely smiled, giving the impression that she would rather be elsewhere. If this doesn't bother you, then perhaps it won't detract from your experience. Additionally, the restaurant doesn't adhere to a standard appetizer-to-entree sequence, resulting in dishes being served in a seemingly random order.

During our visit as a party of six, gratuity was automatically added to the bill. Unfortunately, when the waitress charged my credit card, I mistakenly declined a receipt. She took advantage of this by adding an additional 18% tip, resulting in an unjustifiable total tip of approximately 40%. Discovering this discrepancy on my credit card statement the following day, I promptly contacted Dumpling Cafe, but was met with unhelpful responses stating there was nothing they could do. Attempting to dispute the charge with my credit card company proved futile due to the lack of a receipt.

A simple resolution would have been to offer a gift card or refund to acknowledge their mistake and potentially retain our patronage. Instead, they opted to dismiss the issue entirely.

If you do decide to dine at Dumpling Cafe, exercise additional caution with your bill and always request a receipt to avoid potential overcharges.
