Came here a couple of weeks ago.Food was decent. The soup dumplings were delicious. However, the server that had dropped off our dumplings had slammed it onto our table with such anger. I don’t normally write reviews and I’m not sure if it was a bad day they were having, but me and my friend did not feel welcomed. It was our first time here too.

In the heart of china town boston. I had the pan fried shrimp dumplings to go. Came with a sweet savory sauce that was perfect with the dumplings.

The finest Asian food I've ever eaten in my life. Shameful. I just hope I don't feel bad tomorrow. Spring rolls fried with old oil and the sauce was rancid. The soup was water with parsley. I couldn't order anything else. I don't recommend it.
My friends and I got food to share as there is a rotating glass piece in the middle of the table. I loved the duck buns and the fried rice.

No thrill soup dumpling house. Thick dough and fall apart. Beef noodle soup is chewy.

The dumpling had really good flavor. Our to go order took twice as long to make as stated, but it was worth it, after tasting the pork and chicken steamed dumplings.

The Dumpling Cafe is a simple, typical Chinatown Restaurtant. I had the garlic chicken with rice and found it very tasty. Service was friendly (enough) and ordinary. The dish was large enough to share. I couldn't finish it. I planned to go back, but there were too many other places to try out nearby. The restaurant wasn't full, but it had about 5 or 6 tables occupied l believe at around 8pm. I gave it five stars for being true to form Chinatown type restaurant (simple and a little grungy - but clean) and the food tasted great.
Wors place ever
