I absolutely love their dumplings and have been here over a dozen times but their service lacks so badly that despite the good food I wont be returning. When dining in the waiter is never happy with the tip given even if it is 20% mind you the service is very minimal however I looked past this. The last straw was when I ordered a takeout order and they snuck in an almost $14 tip on my order of 3 dumplings. Just raise the food prices and stop scamming customers with snuck in tips!!!

Absolutely will not be returning! My partner and I were essentially kicked out after asking for the bill. The dinner was ok, a sharp decline from our previous visits. But what truly ruined the evening was the appalling service. After we paid including tip, the server immediately hovered over us, clearly wanting us to leave, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. We couldn’t even finish our drinks in peace before she began cleaning around us, making it impossible to stay seated. It was extremely uncomfortable and rude. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Additionally, they automatically included gratuity for our group of over six people (18%), which I overlooked, and I ended up adding another 18% without realizing it. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant and I felt scammed. I would not recommend this place.

18% Gratuity added but the receipt states the amount is 'pre-tip' to pressure you into double tipping. This establishment is exploitative. Oh and the food is overcooked and the service is rude. Will never eat here again and I hope my waitress from last night learns a thing or two about hospitality (from one server to another)

The restaurant seems to be avoiding sales tax. My bill included a compulsory 18%gratuity but the card receipt showed the included total as pre tip. Since they can’t add tip twice on a bill, the invoice was inflated. They also don’t give a bill to the customer but a payment receipt.Overall comment - we ready to pay more than advertised price on menu. Else food was fine.

Super unfriendly workers, if you come in with a group of people, and order just a couple of dishes to share, they would talk badly about you behind your back. There was a group of 4 whites people and they ordered 2 dishes, they went to the back and started speaking in mandarin saying “white people got tired of chinese food”.

Awful food quality. Found hair in my food and the staff were most unfriendly and unpleasant, refusing to help me at all with the issue. Will not be going back to this horrible place again.
I ordered a beef with watercress, but got beef with spinach. Called to ask, the server replied: “We don’t have watercress, so we use spinach. Old customers know that.” With the tone of “too bad, not my fault” then hang up.It is your fault not updating your menu.

I was reluctant to post this and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but wow. Slimy Beef & Brocolli, chicken teryaki slimy over cooked. The smell is repulsive. I hope there is another Chinese restaurant because this one doesn’t value customers, quality or courtesy. I read the reviews on here often to see if there will be a change but tonight wow. I really hope things change.

I got Kung Pao chicken from Uber Eats and it was horrible! As soon as I opened the box, it was stinky, like it went bad or something and I tasted the chicken and oh my gif it felt like it was taken straight out of a freezer, frozen meat and then deep fried it and packed it up, no taste, tastes awful!!! Never going back!!! Oh and we got on soy sauce and utensils.
