The food was good but the server was so rude to me and my friend đ when I left a 10% tip she got furious and started yelling at me and my friend in a language we didnât understand. After scribbling a circle around the tip and pointing at it we realized she wanted more. My friend only had a few dollars and held it out, the lady snatched it and said âthat will doâ like what we want food not a front row seat into this ladyâs villanelle
Food was old and worst sesame chicken I have ever had. I would like a full refund. I called and was told to call back .
Not for $20-30. Heck no! Gross
The food was great but the service is awful. They barely spoke english and tried to coerce me and my girlfriend to pay a higher tip amount than what I wrote on the receipt. When I was deciding the tip amount the server took the receipt said this amount was too low and changed the amount to a higher tip that they didn't deserve and I didn't consent to. This most definitely can be considered fraud and highly illegal. I am extremely disappointed and upset after eating here. I wish this greedy and selfish server did the delicious food justice. Now I know for sure I am never coming back here to eat again.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. My friend and I came to enjoy a few dumplings, pork buns, and fries. We did the sit down service but stayed for 20 min max. When it was time to pay, my friend put her card down and a tip (a $2.50 one, but one nonetheless). The server was furious with us. She said âwhat is this?â and berated my friend for the TIP, THE EXTRA MONEY OUT OF HER PAYCHECK, we left her. She huffed and puffed because we tipped her when we absolutely didnât have to. I explained that we didnât order a lot of items (so why would we tip a large amount when we stayed for 20 min max and ordered very little food). She hurried us out the shop and angrily spoke to the coworker in her language. That was extremely disrespectful. If my ride wasnât already outside, I wouldâve caused a scene. You never know someoneâs economic situation and that was both unprofessional and insensitive. Absolutely awful.
Ran into Dumpling Palace because it was the only restaurant around that was open after 10pm. HIGHLY recommend the soup dumplings. The Braised Beef Noodle Soup is also pictured: SO good!
Shockingly average and surprisingly expensive

I absolutely love their dumplings and have been here over a dozen times but their service lacks so badly that despite the good food I wont be returning. When dining in the waiter is never happy with the tip given even if it is 20% mind you the service is very minimal however I looked past this. The last straw was when I ordered a takeout order and they snuck in an almost $14 tip on my order of 3 dumplings. Just raise the food prices and stop scamming customers with snuck in tips!!!

Absolutely will not be returning! My partner and I were essentially kicked out after asking for the bill. The dinner was ok, a sharp decline from our previous visits. But what truly ruined the evening was the appalling service. After we paid including tip, the server immediately hovered over us, clearly wanting us to leave, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. We couldnât even finish our drinks in peace before she began cleaning around us, making it impossible to stay seated. It was extremely uncomfortable and rude. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Additionally, they automatically included gratuity for our group of over six people (18%), which I overlooked, and I ended up adding another 18% without realizing it. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant and I felt scammed. I would not recommend this place.

18% Gratuity added but the receipt states the amount is 'pre-tip' to pressure you into double tipping. This establishment is exploitative. Oh and the food is overcooked and the service is rude. Will never eat here again and I hope my waitress from last night learns a thing or two about hospitality (from one server to another)

The restaurant seems to be avoiding sales tax. My bill included a compulsory 18%gratuity but the card receipt showed the included total as pre tip. Since they canât add tip twice on a bill, the invoice was inflated. They also donât give a bill to the customer but a payment receipt.Overall comment - we ready to pay more than advertised price on menu. Else food was fine.

Super unfriendly workers, if you come in with a group of people, and order just a couple of dishes to share, they would talk badly about you behind your back. There was a group of 4 whites people and they ordered 2 dishes, they went to the back and started speaking in mandarin saying âwhite people got tired of chinese foodâ.
