Taiwan fried dumplings were so delicious and fresh. Plus, they are open late. Prices are fair

Super disappointed.I am a regular customer and have been for YEARS. The past 3 at the same location with no issues. I ordered delivery this evening and attempted to order through their site and they claimed my zip didn't add up so I used a third party. They called me to informed it was delivered and it wasn't. I had to go back and forth for over 30 min with both a driver and the store that I never received it and the picture sent wasn't my home. After much discussion they realized they were at the wrong location. Finally they said it was on the way and the whole time the store was delivering not the third party. I asked for some form of recovery, shocked they didn't offer as my food had been on a random doorstep for 25 minutes. They offered 15% off my next order. Absolute shame. Don't recommend.

Service ok. Barley wanted to offer and sauces with food. Looked confused when asked for spicy sauce or soy. Asked for sticky not spicy at all. Combination plate small and overpriced for quality. No wonder it was empty inside

I ordered a beef with watercress, but got beef with spinach. Called to ask, the server replied: “We don’t have watercress, so we use spinach. Old customers know that.” With the tone of “too bad, not my fault” then hang up.It is your fault not updating your menu.

Place is clean and has several tables. Looks like they do a lot of take out as there were frequent delivery guys stopping by for pick ups. We enjoyed our dumplings and crab rangoon appetizer. Service was fast. Perfect location for a quick meal before our show at Berklee Performance Center.

I was reluctant to post this and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but wow. Slimy Beef & Brocolli, chicken teryaki slimy over cooked. The smell is repulsive. I hope there is another Chinese restaurant because this one doesn’t value customers, quality or courtesy. I read the reviews on here often to see if there will be a change but tonight wow. I really hope things change.

I went here specifically for the dumplings. Ultimately they were too doughy. A let down. Service was awesome!

Food came out fast. Green onion pancakes, salt and pepper pork chops, and the nian gao were good. Hard pass the Kung pao chicken and three cup chicken- sooo not good at all.

This was my first time eating inside this place, but I did order to go one time, because the food I ordered was decent and I wanted to try it again. I was seated and then ordered my food (spinach with garlic, and roast beef scallion pancake) which I enjoyed. They didn't offer any sauce for the scallion pancakes, but they did when I ordered to go. Anyway, I eat the food as it was, once it arrived. Not much of a vibe in the place- just tables but nothing special about the decor. But this is why the one star rating and why I'm never going back. When I got my check I found they'd added an 18% percent gratuity automatically!!! Who does that?? You don't just add a tip to someone's bill. In restaurants where they do that, it's written on the menu, however that's usually only for larger parties. But no! No advanced indication that the gratuity would be added automatically. When I asked why they do that, I did not get a satisfactory answer except for, "Oh yeah. I'll tell her we should have a sign." NEVER AGAIN. I have no problem tipping and I always do. But it's not right to add that to the bill without some upfront transparency. Doing that makes me feel like you're being sneaky and that you don't respect me as a customer. Never coming back. Not even for takeout.

I got Kung Pao chicken from Uber Eats and it was horrible! As soon as I opened the box, it was stinky, like it went bad or something and I tasted the chicken and oh my gif it felt like it was taken straight out of a freezer, frozen meat and then deep fried it and packed it up, no taste, tastes awful!!! Never going back!!! Oh and we got on soy sauce and utensils.

I was charged an automatic 18% tip on the receipt, and I almost paid an additional tip had I'm not carefully checked. The server wasn't particularly friendly or competent enough to warrant an 18% tip. She gave us an incorrectly billed receipt, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I think a 10% tip is fair, so being surprised by the 18% charge left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. The food was fine.

The food was okay. Not the best I've had, not the worst. But the service was awful. The cashier was a absolutely awful. Unnecessarily rude.

The noodle soup was bland and had no flavor. The broth was water. My hot tea was delivered with no sugar. When I asked for sugar, the waitress brought out 1 sugar packet and then I had to ask for a spoon to stir by tea. When I asked for the check an 18% gratuity was already added on to the check. I think I should decide how I want to leave a tip and how much. It was distasteful to automatically add the tip to the check for a party of 2 (my son and I). The service was lack luster and the food was not any better. I will not be returning.

Found our way to Dumpling Palace Sunday night at 2am as it was one of the only places open. Ordered beef chow fun, some steamed buns, dumplings, xiao long bao - it was all delicious and the food came out quickly. We were grateful for their long hours.
