Every Dunkin’ sucks. Everywhere.
I go every Tuesday and Thursday because its the closest to where I live and they have yet to get my order right. I asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel and I got none?? They also always forget my cold foam/extras that I order when I customize my coffee.
I was so excited to have a dunkin near my school but I was quickly disappointed. I’ve ordered many times from here and literally everytime I’m disappointed. I’ve tried iced coffee and lattes and they just taste nothing like back home. I think they’re stingy with the syrups because it always tastes bad even when I order extra syrup. Idk why I waste my money here anymore. The food I’ve gotten has been okay though just bad coffee.

Not the worst dunking in town but not my go to place
Took over 15 minutes for a simple bacon egg and cheese because they were busy complaining about their science lab and when I eventually got it the entire thing was raw! Cold egg, raw bacon, unmelted cheese, and English muffin wasn’t toasted. How do you forget to cook the ingredients before handing it off?! Train your workers more sufficiently
Waited 30 minutes in line, our order was never taken. They were handling mobile orders and ignored those waiting in line. When we asked if someone would be able to take an order they said their busy. We were told to file a complaint, this is our complaint.
