I was only one in the store. One lady doesn’t take order from me, she was doing some food.. Other one stay in restroom for a while.. Bad service. Lady which was in restroom even never ask me if I would like to order something

The music is too loud they're bumping it like it's a nightclub at 6:00 in the morning no thank you the staff you know I can't get too mad at the staff because it's the management they're the problem you train your employees you need to do better I just placed an order through Uber eats and I was very unsatisfied with my sandwich due to the fact that it was the wrong sandwich I'm at work which is why I didn't come in and pick it up myself you have to do better as a company for us the community that goes to your place I feel like the manager here is really crappy she should be fired to be honest she's been in that position role way too long and messing up way too much

They must be making the coffee incorrectly because it is always bitter at this location. The people are always friendly, so I appreciate that, but the coffee is wretched.

Doesn’t matter how bad you want a coffee, don’t go here. They refuse to make your coffee the way you ordered. I order my iced coffee with 5 sugars , and they never put 5. So just to prove a point I exaggerated and asked for 8 sugars and I watched them only press the button 1 time. So basically anything over 3 sugars in their eyes is “extra” sugar and they don’t bother making it correctly. Like how lazy can they be. Idc if you drink your coffee black that doesn’t mean you can make everyone’s coffee to your liking. Imagine going to a McDonald’s and the McDouble not tasting the same as every other McDonald’s! Point is, I know how my coffee tastes because I order it several times a day at different locations and this one absolutely sucks.

I came in today at Dunkin’ donuts (434 massave) and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant! The lady (benitha) not sure if she’s asian, Spanish or a mixture! Which is besides the point, she was the sandwich maker But she made me an egg and cheese on a croissant, I tried to catch her before she was putting it together but she totally ignored me. Then when asked if she can make it over, she told me that I didn’t pay for a bacon, egg on a croissant, when I clearly did! Even the nice lady who took my order said that I did. She had the nerve to tell the lady to make my sandwich because she wasn’t making it and took someone else’s order which is utterly rude and unethical and ignorant. I spend my hard working money there, to be treated however she felt at that moment. It wasn’t much to make the sandwich over again! I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like everyone should know about the incident that happened here! Please keep in mind employees at Dunkin' donuts, you don’t ever know who’s walking in the doors to order food! Be nice, kind and respectful and listen intensively.
