Just the typical Dunkin Donuts… they offer mediocre service and all the tasty donuts and treats you desire with your coffee. Their coffee is excellent, but their breakfast sandwiches are substandard. It’s very close to the Sheraton Boston, as that hotel is connected to the Prudential Center (a mall) on the second floor.
Came here twice recently and both visits were just “ok” but far from great.

Two obvious issues with this franchise is inability to listen and lack of urgency. Be aware that in the afternoon, the employees will not place mobile orders at the far left counter. They will use the middle counter which defeats the purpose of having a designated area for mobile pickups.
Ordered a cold foam iced coffee. They literally just put whipped cream on top of a black coffee. Not worth the costs.
