My experience at this dunkin was the worst I ever experienced at any job. The discrimination and nepotism also favortism at this establishment is at it's all time high. I worked there 6 years never got the opportunity to move up from my job position because the would hire their own race/Nepal and family members and wife's and husbands and move them up to hire positions within 6 months of working having little to no experience and they would get payed more than someone who has more work experience and years that are not from the same race as them. I was sexually harassed by one of their mangers who is also from Nepal he tried to kiss me and I reported him. You would think they would take that serious but instead all the mangers in charge who are all from the same nationality tried their hardest to make it look like i was the problem and he was the victim they went as far as telling me i had to clock out for 15 minute breaks, getting write ups with false accusations and monitoring me on camera, I remember buying a homeless man a coffee out my own money and i got a write up saying i was discounting just because he changed his mind for and ice coffee and not hot coffee which i did pay the difference. They just kept gaslighting and tried everything and look for ways to fire me. This place is very unsanitary they had roaches and rodents all over the place and wanted us to clean it. The ice caddys only get clean once a year when inspection is coming as well as everything else its so disgusting it looks like jelly in the bottom of the ice caddy. The sandwich station fridge stays open all day, the croissants gets saved for the next day everyday, ice tea gets made before they close and sell it next day. They overcharge costumers for almondmilk. The roaches was having babies in the latte machine all they did was put a bunch of mouse traps under it it was crawling everywhere.This store has very poor management very unprofessional I would not recommend anyone shopping or working there.

The price for a cup of ice changes every time you go there it’s ridiculous

Was there to get a free medium coffee for national coffee day with any purchase. Cashier told me that once I pay then the cofffee would be free. Wasn’t free. She then goes oops my mistake, you need the app! Then she goes I can refund you if you give me the coffee? You made the mistake, I should have got the free coffee!

They mess up my order every day. Every time I get a sandwich its cold. Cashier can't understand a simple order. The ones in the hood are way better. Horrible establishment!!!!
