I really would like a manager to reach out to me about this place. I think the staff is very lazy. I just went in there to order a refresher. They told tell me that they’re all out of refreshers and that they’re discontinued and then someone did an online order in the same refresher that I ordered the girl ordered and made it in my face and I think that was very very disrespectful and I want to talk to a manager about The staff there cause it’s very inappropriate and it’s very disrespectful and unprofessional to tell customers that you don’t have something and didn’t make it in their face.

Definitely not the type of dunkin' donuts that you get to hang around and enjoy, but nonetheless, still a Dunkin Donuts in New England. Staff was friendly and coffee was nice. Location is...decent...and there are plenty of benches outside which you can enjoy your coffee on though.

I come here all the time. Super friendly staff and coffee is great. The staff does a great job handling the regulars and the visitors from out of town that I don't think have ever been in a dunkin donuts

This place is a complete failure. Foods never right, pigeons inside, rude staff especially the manager The prices are higher than other locations. There’s a Starbucks inside the hotel next door with friendly service, quality food and similar pricing. Done with this place.

Absolutely appalled. Found mold in my drink I had just ordered. Im not sure how they even let this out without noticing. Place is disgusting on the inside as-well. Safe to say I will never be going back here again. I also didn't notice until I got to work because it was dark out. Thankfully I noticed before I took a sip.

Very bad customer service, they made a mistake in making the latte I ordered and instead of making it again they just changed the cup, it's the reason that I almost don't consume Dunkin because of the bad service they offer to the public
