So I walked in and I took A minute to like decide what I wanted and we like I had to clarify our order like four times she like didn’t understand what we were trying to say, and maybe even overcharged the guy was like trying to make our drinks while we were ordering them and we like change them he got mad and then we walked over to get the drink and It had a booger on it we told the guy and he touch it and he said that was from you we throw out the drinks worst dunkin donuts experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!

I really would like a manager to reach out to me about this place. I think the staff is very lazy. I just went in there to order a refresher. They told tell me that they’re all out of refreshers and that they’re discontinued and then someone did an online order in the same refresher that I ordered the girl ordered and made it in my face and I think that was very very disrespectful and I want to talk to a manager about The staff there cause it’s very inappropriate and it’s very disrespectful and unprofessional to tell customers that you don’t have something and didn’t make it in their face.

Definitely not the type of dunkin' donuts that you get to hang around and enjoy, but nonetheless, still a Dunkin Donuts in New England. Staff was friendly and coffee was nice. Location is...decent...and there are plenty of benches outside which you can enjoy your coffee on though.

This place is a complete failure. Foods never right, pigeons inside, rude staff especially the manager The prices are higher than other locations. There’s a Starbucks inside the hotel next door with friendly service, quality food and similar pricing. Done with this place.

Absolutely appalled. Found mold in my drink I had just ordered. Im not sure how they even let this out without noticing. Place is disgusting on the inside as-well.
