Usually, it's a late opening. It opens at 6 am, but it's usually late. Late being 6:30. There's usually 3-4 staff working to open.

The coffee is reasonably priced and the portions are large, suitable for those who want to wake up and have a big cup. The donuts are also pretty good, so you can take a box with you after get off work and enjoy them with the whole family. Ordering online via mobile phone was very fast, and I got my coffee a minute after the order was delivered, which was quite fast. This time I ordered an iced almond latte with almond milk and pumpkin syrup. The nutty flavor goes well with pumpkin.

Normally I won’t do this, but this Dunkin has to be by far the worst, they can’t make the right thing and will just not care. Just go to around the corner. You’ll have a hopefully better experience.

As far as Dunks goes, this one is fine. The wait can be long and it's 30% more than most other locations but I don't know what you expected in North Station. My advice is to order in advance on the app and use an offer or points to pay, because the rate is the same regardless of how much that location marks everything up.

There is 2 locations a grand total of 20 feet from each other. Both are equivalent in quality.
The employees shouldn’t assume that you don’t want your change from an order. Any establishment you go to gives you the exact change from your order. Doesn’t matter if it’s a few cents. If someone came a few cents short asking for ask item they wouldn’t be able to purchase.

Hands down the slowest service I have ever experienced.The young lady workin the register seemed to be honestly trying to go as slow as possible.1 person in front of me and NO line upon arrival..all I ordered was a coffee roll.,12 minutes later I was still waiting for item..YES,I canceled it and took my refund down to other end of station..2 minutes,all done...
