The order is never ready on time when I get an iced matcha latte, even if I order 30 minutes in advance! I asked for almond milk, but they gave me whole milk instead luckily I’m not allergic, but imagine if someone was! Every time, I end up waiting even though the screen says my order is ready. I get that mornings can be busy, but please consider adding more staff!

My advice is to order in advance on the app and use an offer or points to pay, because the rate is the same regardless of how much that location marks everything up.
