Terrible Dunkin’ donuts. Doesn’t accept gift cards. Stale donuts. Waited over an hour for a sandwich because they forgot about it.

I really like this Dunkin because the line was very short, the employees were efficient, the green goddess wrap tasted good and the price was much lower than anything else I could find in the airport. If you don't want to spend at least $14-$15 on a smaller lunch, grab something to eat and spend much less at this Dunkin location in terminal C.

Says they open at 4AM on BOS Logan website/interactive map. This and other locations not open at 4. Employees saying they open at 4:30, or 5, no clear answer. Seriously. They have people lined up waiting while Starbucks and several other places are open. Be ready to service the early flights. SMH

Absolutely the worst coffee. I’m pretty sure they just served me. Mostly water down iced coffee. This company’s products are terrible across-the-board. Service is terrible. The people aren’t kind of customers. This is the worst of Walmart and breakfast items.

The man at the register is very friendly and nice! Also, he gave us extra donuts too :) Felt great while I was feeling tired because of the flight.

One of the workers just stood there picking food out of her teeth another one just stood there on her phone and another one couldn’t “get the system to work” and then just loudly announced as she walked away “no system go somewhere else” instead of trying one of the other cash terminals she just clicked away at the open one and kept saying “no system no system” but the girl picking her teeth while handling food is what really grossed me out
