Extremely slow service, lack of staff.
The employees here are so rude. This is the second experience ive had where the employee had an attitude towards me and today aggressively grabbed money from me which made me drop coins.
This Dunkin Donuts is very disappointing. They advertise a 5:30am open but that always varies depending on what time the employees decide to stroll in. This is an all around very poorly .managed business.
Overall its alright. Have better days. I like it here.

I'm all about accountability. If u make a mistake just apologize n fix it. We're human. Made a mobile order and arrived to pick up. Order was shown on screen as available but workers was adamant that there was no order. When corrected, one worker gave wrong order. Placing bag of items aggressively on the counter. Where do you find these people to hire? Do better

This chain donut coffee shop is located next to the Chinatown MRT exit. It has a wide variety of donuts, the food is served quickly, the location is convenient and the price is cheap, and the service is friendly. This time I ordered hot latte and donuts. The hot latte was bitter and the donuts were hard, but it was okay.

Please avoid this store, the worker there was very rude. While I was in the process of ordering donuts, the worker, a Spanish woman, abruptly threw the bag of donuts we had ordered into the trash before we had finished making our selection. She then rudely called for the next customer and refused to provide any further service to us. When I attempted to address the situation, she refused to give me her name or the name of her manager. Additionally, she was not wearing a name tag, which made it impossible to identify her.

Very rude worker. I wanted a decaf ice coffee and thought that was called a decaf cold brew. I pointed to the decaf.handle on the TAP stand and received an angry response "that's not a decaf cold brew." And then was "barked" at again. I just walked out and went to Starbucks.
