I'm all about accountability. If u make a mistake just apologize n fix it. We're human. Made a mobile order and arrived to pick up. Order was shown on screen as available but workers was adamant that there was no order. When corrected, one worker gave wrong order. Placing bag of items aggressively on the counter. Where do you find these people to hire? Do better

The service was horrendous. I ordered online, waited over 10 minutes only to be told when I asked that they did not have one of the item I ordered. The coffee was watered down.

This chain donut coffee shop is located next to the Chinatown MRT exit. It has a wide variety of donuts, the food is served quickly, the location is convenient and the price is cheap, and the service is friendly. This time I ordered hot latte and donuts. The hot latte was bitter and the donuts were hard, but it was okay.

Please avoid this store, the worker there was very rude. While I was in the process of ordering donuts, the worker, a Spanish woman, abruptly threw the bag of donuts we had ordered into the trash before we had finished making our selection. She then rudely called for the next customer and refused to provide any further service to us. When I attempted to address the situation, she refused to give me her name or the name of her manager. Additionally, she was not wearing a name tag, which made it impossible to identify her.

Very rude worker. I wanted a decaf ice coffee and thought that was called a decaf cold brew. I pointed to the decaf.handle on the TAP stand and received an angry response "that's not a decaf cold brew." And then was "barked" at again. I just walked out and went to Starbucks.

Cashier gave me the wrong order, I told her i wanted an ice coffee and she gives me a hot coffee. Confronted her and she told me I said Hot coffeee when i didn't and didn't give me a refund and my ice coffee.
I ordered slowly to make sure that my coffee is correct, did not do any wrong, but my husband and I were yelled by the cashier, and she threw the barcode reader on the table while taking our orders. Then, our orders were incorrect. As a human, I believed that I do not deserve that attitude.

I enjoy a medium Iced coffee & sometimes I'll get a wake up wrap, other days I'll get a donut, lastly I sometimes get a sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant bc it's larger than a wake up wrap. Delicious!!

We were in a hurry but had a group of 6 so we decided to pop into a Dunkin on our way to catch a tour. Our expectations were low (big city, chain, etc...) but we were so pleasantly surprised. The two girls who took our order etc,.. were just delightful. So full of energy and smiles and so helpful. I have never written a review for a small restaurant like this, but these girls deserve some recognition. We so appreciated MADDIE & KAYLA! They totally made our day & made our experience a very positive one!
