I’ve been a customer at this Dunkin’ for over 10 years, coming here every week, and I’ve always been treated very well. The staff has always been polite, respectful, and they have consistently prepared my drink correctly.
However, today I had a very disappointing experience with a new employee. When I ordered the Strawberry Energy Punch, which is made with Rockstar Energy and a specific strawberry concentrate, she didn’t seem to know what drink it was. She asked me two or three times before finally understanding which beverage I was requesting.
At Dunkin’, there are two types of strawberry concentrate: a thinner one used for other products, and a thicker one that is the correct one for this drink. I politely informed her that she had used the wrong concentrate, since I’ve been ordering this drink for years and I know how it’s prepared. Instead of simply fixing the mistake, she held up the bottle and asked me if I “didn’t know how to read that it was strawberry,” which was extremely unprofessional. In the end, she even said, “Next time you can come in here and make your own drink.”
I understand that mistakes happen, especially with new employees, but professionalism and respect are essential — especially when working directly with customers. This kind of behavior does not reflect the excellent service I’ve always received at this location. I truly hope management addresses this situation, as she is clearly not prepared to work with the public.

This is the second time I drinked iced coffee or cold brew coffee getting sick vomiting within 2 hrs after drinking their coffee at this location. I had drink ice coffee or cold brew cold in other locations without any issues.

I cannot believe how overpriced the donuts are in Boston. The lady there service does not speak english very well. When we arrived, the selection of donuts was very limited. We love dunkin' donuts, but this was very disappointing.

Ordered through the app, and every single item was incorrect in some way: Bagel without cream cheese Refresher made with lemonade instead of sparkling water Wake up wraps with normal bacon & american cheese, not sweet black pepper.
At least I got my chocolate glazed donuts...but they didn't have to make those lol

This is really just a Dunkin where you come and go. There is no seating. There is a counter at the front of the store at the window that can fit 2 - 3 people depending on their size. The atmosphere isn't bad. It's just not really a place you go to enjoy the atmosphere. You're there for coffee and donuts. The staff are really hard workers and nice to me. Two of them already know me by name.
