This is the best Dunkin’ in Boston! If you come early morning, the staff are always willing to chat and have a smile on their faces. They’ve always made my coffee great! I recommend ordering on the app to skip the line.

I've been a South End resident since 2004 and have been a nest daily customer at this Dunkin at Washington and Berkley Street. The manager, Sean, and staff are all friendly and I have always been satisfied with the quality of food and coffee. Using the mobile app is suggested during early morning, rush hour due to the high traffic.

The manager of this place is impersonal and incompetent. I was charged for an item I never bought. When I went in to address the issue they wouldn't give me a refund because they couldn't charge back my card on a different day or some nonsense like that. They could have given me a gift card or something. Very poor business practices.

Worst Dunkin’ ever. I asked for a bagel with butter and cream cheese. They gave a whole of butter no cream cheese and act like they put it on the bagel for me.

Coffee tasted weird like 75% of Dunkin Donuts i go to. Service was good though and the two people working that night were really nice.
