Very poor service, the staff understood almost nothing about the orders….
Wrong donuts delivered but not exchanged.

I ordered two drinks for me and my friend, and while his came out in a timely manner, I watched the employees look over my ticket bc they simple didn’t want to make my drink. I waited there for twenty minutes for (I ordered at 11:00 and got it at 11:18). As someone who works in fast food I understand waiting a little for a drink bc it’s busy, but not making something and making everything else before one drink is ridiculous.

The cashier was rude. I get not liking your job but if you don't want to deal with the general public then don't work in customer service jobs. I get having an attitude to someone who was rude to you but you shouldn't have one with every customer.
VERY slow service

Been to so many Dunkin’s & this was by far the worst! Incredibly bad service, the guy was rude, prior to that he came into his shift, kicked the no loo sign to the side, took his dirty scooter through the kitchen. Then the coffees came, one had no coffee & the other was bitter & had no syrup. One hashbrown had hardly any cheese & the other none, when asked again a tiny drop was given. The donut was stale, took one bite and chucked it away. Worst $20 we’ve ever spent… last one before our trip home to o & we normally adore Dunkin… also another girl was waiting over 20 mins for her hashbrowns! Everyone look miserable & even the customers weren’t happy… not a very good experience :(

No place to sit and restrooms out of order. Coffee and breakfast sandwich were good, though.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I don’t think I’ve been in this dunkin once, and they’ve correctly given me what I ordered. The workers are incompetent

Donuts weren't very fresh and an employee wasn't very friendly when she thought you couldn't understand her. A pity.
In the other branch it was much better and friendlier

Rudest employees I’ve ever met. Don’t confirm any orders, don’t call out when your order is finished and sigh continuously. Please spend your money somewhere else.

Cashier was a rude person, I’m a Dunkin costumer always I use Dunkin but this place was ??
The window seating/standing area with a view of the common is nice...but thats about it. This store takes FOREVER to make your orders, so I always have to end up ordering on the app 20 minutes in advance, and even then, my order sometimes still isnt ready by then. Go to a different location, there's several hundred here, after all.

The staff here creates a very strange and uncomfortable environment. Not sure how you can make a dunks in Boston so awkward but from the emotionless rude sandwich kid to the girl wearing the mask. None seem to want to be there, or care that you ordered. Just give me my mobile order and sulk in the back. Your misery isn't getting my company.
