This place is a joke. It took 3 people to help me place a very simple order. No matter how slow you dictate the order, the cashier stares off into space completely lost. The line is ridiculous, the store is dirty, and there are no creamers or sugar out for people to use. When I asked for sugar I was given dirty and wet sugar packets.
They have 4 people preparing orders and they take forever. They roam around like they are lost and with no sense of urgency at all. No customer service skills, no people skills at all. I don’t understand how this has become the standard. I don’t expect Michelin star service, but basic service and courtesy is a must. First and last time here, hopefully they fully train the staff properly or just shut down altogether. REAL POS.

Friday, June 6 at 4:30. A complete walkout. My cashier was completely ridiculous. He\\she refused to work. Looked at me like I was crazy when I needed help. Please help them with their professional appearance. He/she looked SO stupid!

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!! My family and I stopped by for a coffee, we did not get food. There a line of people and ONE employee. Whom RIGHTOUSLY so was not happy. SHAME on management!!! It was a gorgeous weekend, although rain was forecasted for the weekend. Even so this is a highly populated area never should one employee be working, among many other issues with that is a big one called SAFETY. Care for your employees! The place was also TRASHED, as on person alone I suppose I could understand as to why so this is not 100% placing blame on the employee, but it was an awful representation of the establishment. Also the coffees we ordered were really bad, I felt bad for the employee so we did not ask to have them remade, I must admit I would have kindly asked they be remade any other time. I did take a video, I'll see if I can upload it. I'm sorry but I cannot say I would recommend this place. And again shame on management, this is not blame on a SINGLE employee taking orders, cashing out customers, making orders, cleaning up a store... Etc.

Very poor service, the staff understood almost nothing about the orders…. Wrong donuts delivered but not exchanged. Very dirty place with no toilets, avoid!

I ordered two drinks for me and my friend, and while his came out in a timely manner, I watched the employees look over my ticket bc they simple didn’t want to make my drink. I waited there for twenty minutes for (I ordered at 11:00 and got it at 11:18). As someone who works in fast food I understand waiting a little for a drink bc it’s busy, but not making something and making everything else before one drink is ridiculous.
The cashier was rude. I get not liking your job but if you don't want to deal with the general public then don't work in customer service jobs. I get having an attitude to someone who was rude to you but you shouldn't have one with every customer.

Been to so many Dunkin’s & this was by far the worst! Incredibly bad service, the guy was rude, prior to that he came into his shift, kicked the no loo sign to the side, took his dirty scooter through the kitchen. Then the coffees came, one had no coffee & the other was bitter & had no syrup. One hashbrown had hardly any cheese & the other none, when asked again a tiny drop was given. The donut was stale, took one bite and chucked it away. Worst $20 we’ve ever spent… last one before our trip home to o & we normally adore Dunkin… also another girl was waiting over 20 mins for her hashbrowns! Everyone look miserable & even the customers weren’t happy… not a very good experience :(
