Poor service. Staff were goofing off while orders were pending, waited 10 minutes for a medium black coffee.

It’s a dunkin. What do you want from me?

It took a while for us to order and even longer to receive our order. The young man working most likely did not understand English very well and there was only one other young lady working with him. Both definitely seemed overextended.

The hot chocolate, bacon and Boston creme donut were delicious and tasted as expected.

For having to wait so long it was interesting to observe that there were not seats in the entire establishment, they’d all been removed. The trash was also overflowing and needed emptied.

I’d definitely recommend having more employees on staff and adding some seats for your guests.

This place is a joke. It took 3 people to help me place a very simple order. No matter how slow you dictate the order, the cashier stares off into space completely lost. The line is ridiculous, the store is dirty, and there are no creamers or sugar out for people to use. When I asked for sugar I was given dirty and wet sugar packets.

They have 4 people preparing orders and they take forever. They roam around like they are lost and with no sense of urgency at all. No customer service skills, no people skills at all. I don’t understand how this has become the standard. I don’t expect Michelin star service, but basic service and courtesy is a must. First and last time here, hopefully they fully train the staff properly or just shut down altogether. REAL POS.

Took them 20 minutes to make my drink despite the store being empty and them just speaking with each other.

Friday, June 6 at 4:30. A complete walkout. My cashier was completely ridiculous. He\\she refused to work. Looked at me like I was crazy when I needed help. Please help them with their professional appearance. He/she looked SO stupid!

Very busy but everyone was still so friendly. Really applaud the staff here!

There are no chairs, but I had a walker so I did sit and eat.
