Placed a Door Dash order for the building next door. Driver was checking for correct address and went into the DD store. Mentioned the name on the order .. and the teenage boy behind the counter said "Yes that's mine" and STOLE THE FOOD. I have contacted corporate customer service.

I ordered a latte, but the server just filled the cup with milk and ice. When I pointed it out, she removed a little milk and added more ice. I came for coffee, not a cup of ice and milk. If I wanted just ice and milk, I could have gone to the grocery store and spent a dollar instead of coming to a coffee shop.

Dunks ruined the customer service by having people order online. It causes people who are in line to have to wait because of the amount of orders that come in from online ordering. WORST THING THEY EVER DID!!!!!!!!!!. makes you feel like you're not important. The employees do their best and some even can remember your multiple coffee orders without having to ask. Also I find that some of the employees spend too much time talking to each other and don't focus on the customer. I don't like seeing food handlers chewing gum or eating food while making a food order and lacking on changing gloves in-between orders

The worker was fantastic trying his best and got everyone's order fulfilled.My one star is for Dunkin specifically you guys left one person on Saturday 01/27/2024 to work all alone their entire shift????This location is either quiet or a disaster no in-between.He had such a backed up line and kept apologizing had to jump between sandwiches, drinks, donuts, mobile order and register. That's pretty messed up given the fact your not looking for new workers???? I checked an this location isn't on your "careers" tab ridiculous.

This dunkin donuts is terrible all of their donuts are All different sizes. I ordered 2 donuts and they gave me the smallest ones that they had in the whole rack. Do not go to the Dunkin' Donuts, it's pathetic And racist towards white people.
