I came into the store and I just stand there waiting for my online order that I ordered 5 minutes before get there waiting to see somebody but the only person I saw there was her OUT OF THE STORE talking to a guy (OUTSIDE) and then she went in and stared a video call with somebody at the phone and I have to ask her to do my online order cuz I’d been waiting almost 10 minutes since I ordered so she’s did fast and reluctantly and I have to show her the ticket because she didn’t look at the ticket I ordered 2 things!

Always out of food, always slow, always made incorrectly.
Dietary restrictions: Not accommodating, always makes my food wrong, always gets sick after due to uncooked meat.

Placed a Door Dash order for the building next door. Driver was checking for correct address and went into the DD store. Mentioned the name on the order .. and the teenage boy behind the counter said "Yes that's mine" and STOLE THE FOOD. I have contacted corporate customer service.

I was there this short lady was extremely rude kept on touching and rubbing her nose collecting money and making coffee gross....
And she was taking money out of the tip jar and had it balled up in her hand

I ordered a latte, but the server just filled the cup with milk and ice. When I pointed it out, she removed a little milk and added more ice. I came for coffee, not a cup of ice and milk. If I wanted just ice and milk, I could have gone to the grocery store and spent a dollar instead of coming to a coffee shop.

Dunks ruined the customer service by having people order online. It causes people who are in line to have to wait because of the amount of orders that come in from online ordering. WORST THING THEY EVER DID!!!!!!!!!!. makes you feel like you're not important. The employees do their best and some even can remember your multiple coffee orders without having to ask. Also I find that some of the employees spend too much time talking to each other and don't focus on the customer. I don't like seeing food handlers chewing gum or eating food while making a food order and lacking on changing gloves in-between orders

Cashier had the audacity to take another persons order before me. Mind you this person was BEHIND me in line. I will never step foot in this mediocre establishment. Plus your car will get towed in the lot.
