Dunks ruined the customer service by having people order online. It causes people who are in line to have to wait because of the amount of orders that come in from online ordering. WORST THING THEY EVER DID!!!!!!!!!!. makes you feel like you're not important. The employees do their best and some even can remember your multiple coffee orders without having to ask. Also I find that some of the employees spend too much time talking to each other and don't focus on the customer....

I went there with my daughter today after a very rough few days, the staff didn’t know this and yet, they made my daughter and me very happy with their outstanding customer service!
