Dunkin'

Ordered in the app when I left the Rosenberg Building, took 2-3 minutes, walked in and there was my delicious hot coffee. Perfect temperature too on a chilly night & perfect pick me up for the journey in traffic home!
Service was great too, the ladies were very friendly.

Small place but conveniently placed right next to Brigham Women's hospital. I know it is not a fancy place, just a couple of chairs in a tight space, countertop and one vending machine, but the Matcha latte that I ordered was made right - you would think it's easy to make, but I was disappointed many times at other Dunkin locations. Good job.

One of the worse Dunkin. Placed an order for an ice latte with cold foam. When I got to my office I noticed the bottom had coffee ground. I went back so they can remake it. First the lady is telling me that I didn't purchase the coffee at this location. Then she makes it with an attitude and makes it wrong. She tried to give me an ice coffee. When I stated that's not what I order she proceeded to complain. I was frustrated and left without my coffee. I will not be going to this location.

What makes this place amazing is the afternoon crew. Admittedly, there are other DDs in the area, but the customer service at this place shines forth. The two female employees always greet me with a smile, and even got me set-up using the app. Keep up the good work.

Did a mobile order to make it easier. Drinks all underfilled, food hard as a brick. Worker had an attitude. Don’t recommend.

Went in there around noon time got a drink and muffin came out to $8.45 and was paying with $10, they said they didn’t have change. Horrible service and even worst way to run a business . It was probably their way of getting tips for their unprofessional business. What business doesn’t have $1.55 in change around noon time in

Probably one of the worse dunks in terms of service I’ve ever been too, people who walk in get their order faster then coming in 40 mins after making a mobile order and the order not even being done for an iced tea? The convenience of the location is not even worth it anymore

Slow due to staffing issues , but decent coffee made here . Not bad but not a place I’m always going to come to . Many other Dunks nearby that are better lol
