We were in there yesterday morning, a Thursday and the young woman with the headscarf was so incredibly sweet. She went out of her way to be so kind to my kids and she was probably the friendliest food service worker I've ever come across. It's hard to find good, kind people but she is it. She was so happy and helpful and truly made a huge effort to take care of us. 10/10 she is amazing. I wish I had gotten her name but she was a young woman working Thursday morning and she deserves praise. Thank you! P.s. the food was also great!Kid-friendliness: Not a lot of space but very kid-friendly employees.

Dunkin is always a good place for a quick stop, good drink and food selection. Quick service. The avocado on toast and mini bagels where really nice!

almost everyone who works there is fine, but the one dude seems to think everybody is coming in to buy a cup of ice. don't know if he thinks he's fooling people, but if it only takes three sips to empty a large iced coffee to be left with a cup 95% full of ice then yea we're going to notice. There's like half a dozen other locations within a mile or two, i'd rather just go out of my way a little to avoid this place. again, usually fine, but its like russian roulette as to whether you're getting coffee, or just ice.

Ordered a caramel ice coffee with cream and sugar and they gave me just black coffee with nothing added. Very poor service. Dosent make sense to buy coffee then have to make my own.

These people always get the order wrong. Ordered a latte and got boiled milk, they forgot the coffee.

Note to the management of this particular Dunk's. Read the reviews and pay attention. This has become one of the worst locations in the local franchise. Two employees to take orders and make the beverages, two are "sweeping" the same floor over and over and one person is fulfilling the food orders. The only person actually doing ANYTHING is the person fulfilling the food orders. The other four wander around behind the counter as if they don't have a clue what to do. Oh, and please train the staff to start a new pot of coffee when the other is empty so they don't run out (it may help to speed things up).

Really horrible service… over 35 minutes for one wake up wrap

The worst service ever, this is the 3 time i had to wait for more than 10 minutes. The 4 people who working inside are completely clueless, they need to be trained first. An order of a coffee and a toasted bagel should not take more than 5 minutes to be prepared and not 20 minutes. Dunking donuts need to mandate costumer service training for their employees. This is unacceptable.

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience for the past few weeks at this location; today was the worst by far - after waiting in line for 15 minutes I ordered large ice coffee, extra cream, 3 sugar while 3 workers completely ignored the line & filled up the ice & did "busy work" like making sure all of the stickers were straight as they printed out - finally asked for my coffee which had been order now 10 minutes ago (so now in this location for 25 minutes) to be told in an extremely rude manner "we have no cream, and we have no milk". I asked for a refund to be put back on my card and I was again rudely told to put my card in machine for refund (which I did). It is now 5 hours later and still no refund on my card, but the original charge of $4.21 is still there. I will walk an extra 4 blocks to another location before ever setting foot in here again. Not a good place to get your morning coffee. This location prioritizes in person orders over mobile orders. Don't order ahead here you'll wait 3X as long as just standing in line.
