Person at cashier was extremely rude. My daughter ordered a drink and when she asked for add-ons the woman just screamed: it comes with whatever it comes. Even if she could not make changes (which has never been the case in any DD), she should have just said: I am sorry bit we cannot make any changes to this drink. And she and the other worker were arguing all the time and delaying service. Just awful experience.

Two instances where the other day I didn’t receive my complete order. Due to the lady conversing and didn’t have the item prepared. Then today, I ordered a hot coffee and was served a cold one bc the gentleman made a mistake.

The blond hair server wdafq is wrong with her
I asked for a hot chocolate and she literally said WHAT? And I was so confused and said hot cocoa? Hot chocolate and she rolled her eyes at me and used signed language at me for the cup size.

I visited this Dunkin’ on Thursday around 2:00 PM, and whoever was working at that time clearly didn’t seem interested in their job. The service felt careless, and I was given four burnt everything stuffed bagels. Really disappointing experience

This location is consistently disorganized, especially in the mornings. There should always be at least one person taking orders yet almost every day, the line is backed up and service is extremely slow. The customer service is poor, and it’s clear something isn’t being managed properly. Waiting nearly 30 minutes just for a coffee is completely unacceptable.

Ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese on a sesame seed bagel. No sesame bagels. Then they gave me a sausage patty instead and it was cold. Overall really disappointing and one of the worse locations I’ve personally been to.

Dirty, coffee was not the same as other dunkin's (poor quality). Just not what I experienced at other locations.

The person serving the counter gave us advice to get the medium refresher because it was cheaper which was incredibly nice. However when we ordered our drinks we got the wrong flavor, but the person making the refresher offered to remake them (we didn’t even ask) . They didn’t have to do this but we really appreciated and wished we could tip. Everyone is so so nice :)

Not really sure why there's a bunch of low star reviews. When I came in on a hot day (80s) and the one staff was sweeping to keep the store clean but as soon as she saw customers come in, she helped us right away and was quite friendly. Mind you, this store has no AC at all and outside is 80° outside. I would be so unhappy to work in such conditions but she kept it professional and stayed cool.

The chic that opened this morning- terrible. Kept the doors locked for an hour after she was supposed to be open
Knocked on door and couldn’t get my order and she deliberately ignored me and all I wanted to ask was if it was going to take another hour for my pick up order

On the weekends, this Dunks is chronically understaffed. What should be a simple order takes 10 extra minutes because only one employee has to handle the cash register, pour drinks, assemble breakfast sandwiches, and bag donuts. I can literally see queues forming up of some guy wanting a single coffee having to wait for 3 meal deals to get assembled, or one person getting his order only for 4 more people to get in line and back up the whole place even more.
