Terrible service, woman at the counter is bigoted, gave me a very judging look when I gave my name for the order

SAYS IT’S OPEN BUT NOBODY IS THERE IN THE MORNINGS!!! Just open at 7:30am if that’s when people are there on the weekends. It’s so annoying making a mobile order every weekend with nobody there to complete it at 6am.

Order 4 Croissants and paid for them! I was waiting close to 20 minutes just for them to come and tell me they did not have any croissants, I said it was alright and I would just like a refund instead, they refused to give me a refund and said that only corporate could approve refunds and that they were not going to deal with that and instead I should just come back tomorrow for my 4 croissants. Awful customer service, I do not recommend shopping here. You're better off walking one or two streets to downtown and shopping your breakfast/lunch at the one over there

Deplorable reception. Ok I don't speak English well and that's annoying. I gave the service one star because I can't give zero

Franchise owner needs to care more about their workers and customers
Excellent service and friendly stuff, but the AC has been out for the last month and nothing has gotten fixed, absolutely disgusting behavior. Staff are stuck in a hot, steamy kitchen the whole shift doing their best

I’m here saying “Hello” to the girls and no one answers the greeting, which seems to me to be a complete lack of respect. One is placing an order, the other is just stopped and no one helps me. I would never come back here, it’s the first time this has happened to me in Dunkin, I’m very unhappy.

Very small, but typical of downtown Boston. Staff were great, but coffee was abysmal. Can dine in but no restroom. Much pricier than out of downtown.

At 8:15 am today, I ordered something so simple as a wake up wrap and the Spanish lady who was doing the food decided to sit down without telling any of her other 4 co-workes that she decided to stop making orders just to have a sit, no other walk in customers and because of her being incompetent I had to wait over 15 minutes and being late for work, 5 people on the line and only one doing the job!

Took care of a mobile order super quickly. Love the neighborhood.
Only location in the theatre district that "opens" at 6AM on Sundays. I put open in quotation marks because it's now 6:40AM and it's still not open. It will let you make mobil orders but the lady inside made an "X" gesture with her arms and turned the light off. Talk about messing up my dad before it starts.
Went to get a donut at 5:40, but the place was closed. Not being a Karen, just 20 mins off.
