I am a senior. I ordered a hot coffee at the register. The young tall boy there did not say one word, not even a fanting smile. Then I waited. After 10 minutes with no signs of life, I asked. The same guy, kind of upset with me, brought me a cold drink. Not a word. When I said I had ordered a hot coffee, he was even more upset. Not a word. Then he lectured me as there was a sign (which I could not see from the register area) reading PICK UP. He did tease me, not a single word, just pointing to the sign with his finger.
Really an humiliating experience for a senior old professional to be lectured that way

I've never experienced worse service at any Dunkin - we stood at the counter for at least fifteen minutes while staff ran back and forth frantically, doing no actual work, taking no orders, just running in circles and babbling on their phones. We ended up just having to leave since it was clear that ordering a simple small coffee was going to take the rest of the day.

I understand they close at 8pm, but don't expect to get anything beyond 7:45pm. Not even a coffee. I went in at 7:43pm, for a small coffee, and he said it was shut down. All the donuts were already thrown out too, so even something that didnt have to be made wasnt an option. I get everyone wants to go home.. but atleast keep the donuts out. They toss them in the trash anyway!

This place is terrible,staff has no idea what they are doing, sketchy employee at the drive thru got loud on me because I tried to order a donut when I was paying for my coffee,guess it was too hard to ring me up again for 1 donut
