I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude rather than a greeting. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the employee responded in a dismissive and impatient tone, as if I was bothering them.

Instead of providing good customer service, they seemed more interested in chatting with each other and rushing through orders without any courtesy. No eye contact, no “please” or “thank you,” and certainly no attempt to make the customer feel welcome.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this seemed more like a pattern of poor behavior even with my kids . If management cares about keeping customers, they should really address how the staff treats people.Plus How they can hire a Mother and daughter in same place not helping the situation at all even make it worst because its becomes personal.

I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it unless there are serious improvements in staff training and attitude.

Terrible coffee. Basically paying for expensive milk. I had to buy 3 extra expresso shots to make it “normal” it looked like a milky latte. Guy was not friendly at all. Even though I paid for the extra shots. I get the same coffee every day. I am sick of going to the places that are ripping everyone off!

Never eat here ever!! They put a worker who could barely speak English. I wanted the bacon snackers on the side and he order 2 sadnwhiches?? The croissants were stale and so dry basically crumbling apart. Donut was dry too. The hasbrowns were disgusting and fell apart upon picking it up. It took 20 minutes to order and the drinks were terrible!

While waiting for our luggage after getting in from a late flight, my 10 year old took it upon himself to walk over to Dunkin and ask for a cup of water for his younger brother who was thirsty. The guy at the register pointed to the drink cooler and said they only sell bottles of water and don’t give away cups.

After our luggage arrived I went over a bought a bottle, but disappointing not to try to help a thirsty kid.

It's sucks I'm just at 2:03 pm on August 21st 2024. I'd rather starve then go back here again I threw my food in the garbage rather than ask for a refund or exchange. The Caucasian girl working attitude sucks and they can't prepare the food right at all. Just don't even bother ordering from here attached a receipt for proof. My order was burned brittle and in pieces along with salty. They threw my order on the counter and didn't even ask my name, I'm gonna contact cooperate these ladies need to be removed as this is an airport ppl leaving and coming to Boston not their attitude

Ordered a coffee and a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. Guy called my order, I grabbed by bag and stepped aside.

Opened the bag and what do you know. The sausage and cheese are missing, this fool has the audacity to grab a sausage patty and egg and slap it in my hand. Absolutely disgusting. I put it on the counter in front and asked for a manager and a refund.

Absolutely lazy. And the manager (Spanish lady) told me its ok, she'll make me a new one. No, I said refund..she wanted to argue that the staff have been busy trying to keep up....not my problem, if you are so busy, hire more then 4 people. Never got a refund. She told me to call my bank.

Spanish girl in the morning around 4:30am is VERY RUDE. She never wants to make my food when I order. She tells her co workers to make it whenever I order.

For example , I wanted my hash browns extra crispy and the cashier looks at me like if it’s a big deal. When she tells the Spanish girl my request the Spanish girl always makes a face like if I ruined her day and then she says to her co worker to make my order instead of her. It’s not a big deal at all.

The team doesn’t communicate well. If I order my food new or extra crispy they make it a big deal. I’m just a customer that likes my food a certain way.

I would like to speak to the manager

Google and the Dunkin App both list this location as open 24 hours. Arrived for an early flight and its closed. Was told at 4am that it opend at 5:30. Not acceptable in a high volume airport like Bostons Logan Airport.
