As Dunkin's go, a one is fairly standard, although a bit small. Only about five seats, so it's definitely intended for a quick grab and go. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed! Not enough space for waiting so I found myself constantly moving to avoid blocking the pathway. The service was efficient, though, and my latte was good. Flew into Boston at 4:30 AM local time, a 6 hour red eye from LA. Hadn't eaten since 3pm local time... The sign on the door said open at 5am, we arrived 4:55 and decided to wait. The 'portly gentleman' (I'm being kind) behind the glass saw us outside, waiting in the 40 degree weather for them to open. By 5:05 he was kicking back stuffing his well endowed cheeks with donuts, watching us wait in the cold with a smirk on his face. Needless to say I cannot comment...read full review
We just stopped in for a coffee, latte and a donut. There was only person seemingly working the front and one person I think in the back doing dishes... IDK but they were slow but did get our order correct. Good easy location to find and also had a charger station to help me out.
