I love this location!...even though I haven't stopped into a Dunks in a while (been bringing my own breakfast). Today I decided to buy breakfast. There's usually a very long line, but not today!It was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient per usual.I enjoyed my breakfast (hash browns, avocado toast, hot chocolate) at my desk. Everything was delicious ?

We stopped in this Dunkin' on our way to the airport It is conveniently located close to the State Street and Downtown Crossing Stations.It was not at all crowded and we placed our order and got our food in less than five minutes.We wanted to sit and eat while we waited and charged our phones, but they did not have any chairs. They had counters but no where to actually sit. We ended up standing and eating. They did have plenty of outlets though which was nice and they played good music.The food was good and hot.This is a great Dunkin' if you are looking for breakfast on the go, but not if you are looking for a place to sit.
I was attended to by management, she did not give me the receipt, I took it and she got horrible angry, she insulted me and disrespected me very rudely, to which I replied that if she had a bad day that it was not my fault that she supposedly had to be nice to The clients ... and he kept insulting me and telling me that he didn't care that I was a client ... what a pity that people don't give up their work
