Horrible, the cashier was poking his nose and after he didn’t wash hand and made me the coffee. It’s very disgusting ….. and you can’t understand his word.

Horribly understaffed. Went in for a breakfast sandwich and after 20 minutes I requested a refund. There was a man who was obviously new who was incapable of processing the refund. His only coworker was just beginning to make my sandwich and he had to wait for her to finish so that she could refund my money. All they could do was apologize as they were doing the best they could. I asked for a manager and they told me one was not available at the moment. People were walking out left and right, frustrated. Completely ridiculous. They need to hire more people, train them thoroughly and just do better. No one wants the same people handling money, making food or waiting almost a half hour for a premade breakfast sandwich.

plan about 30 minutes ahead for a pickup order or it won’t be ready. totally defeats the purpose. also make sure you double check your order before you leave!!!

Since Hilton was not open for breakfast most clients we to Dunkin for morning coffee. (Much less that the Hilton Cafe @$4)

Home of Dunkin Donuts, you can find one of these every block here (ok, almost!). This location was just a few steps from our hotel (Hilton Downtown Fanueil Hall) and we had breakfast here twice last week. Great smiling service, good Dunkin taste and quality and hooray hooray hooray a great glass of unsweet real brewed iced tea for this southern girl iced tea snob.
