This store is on a strategic location, closest to TD Garden. However, most of their employees do not understand English , thus creating disruptions and mistakes when you order . I think I will avoid this store or I will have to show them written orders in a couple of foreign languages. By the way…… is TD Garden in the US ? Also , if you ask decaf coffee about noon, they answer they do not sell it at that late time as they are not making it any more. Do they know that many customers may prefer decaf even at noon or in the afternoon ? So many DD good stores even in the suburbs and this one where good services may take place at the best ….

They don’t give a damn in that location. Sonia is the only capable one. They’re rude, combative, unpleasant, and they cannot make a drink for the life of them. Drinks are always disgusting, wrong or missing something. Food is ALWAYS burned to an inedible point, and if you ask for a refund, they be angry. A lot of dirty looks and eye rolls. Go right down the street to causeway so much better. I made the mistake of giving them another try, never again.

Average Dunkin Donuts. The breakfast sandwich, egg and cheese croissant, was okay. No wait so it did come quickly. Service was basic and met one's needs. The location is convenient to the TD Garden area.
