I ordered a cinnamon sugar pumpkin latte and got a toasted almond with no whipped cream. When I mentioned about the whipped cream and reiterated what I ordered the worker took my drink and gave me back the same drink with whipped cream. Horrible, horrible, horrible......did I say this place is horrible yet? Slow does not fully describe your experience here. No matter the time of day they do not seem to be happy if you don't have to wait ten-fifteen minutes. Then they instituted the App so people can cut the already long line. Honestly, what would it take to put a 3rd person to work there. 2 people don't cut it at Boston location at a major T station. Especially when you have people ordering sandwiches and what ever else they offer. Maybe 1 person on sandwiches and 2 on drinks. Maybe have 4 people there. Don't be cheap owner of that location. Walk thru piss to get in there , you could at least have a simple coffee ready in under 11 mins.
