I don’t think they look at the details of the mobile order - they put whipped cream and regular ice when my order said otherwise.But at least they are usually prompt with my order, it’s ready when I get there

I have gone in everyday for the last 7 days, ordered the same thing every time and have received a messed up order every time. There is also a huge language barrier at this location too. Outside of that the staff was extremely friendly and nice.

Severely understaffed day in and day out.Two optionsSpend your whole break waiting on line.OrOrder online and have melted watered down ice coffee by the time you go pick it up.
One of my go-to Dunkin’ places around my office. No place to sit though. Just grab and go for a brisk walk with friends and colleagues. In rare cases my order got messed up or missed the baristas made it up pretty quickly.

Today I went there and for the third time when I uncovered my order at my place of work they didn't give me what I asked for and for the second time they charged me twice for the same order I realized it because my bank sent me a notification I strongly recommend that you always ask your receipt ho make debit card

this dunkin is like a super dunkin cause the table has usb ports, its connected to a chipotle and the people are friendly.
