I don’t think they look at the details of the mobile order - they put whipped cream and regular ice when my order said otherwise.But at least they are usually prompt with my order, it’s ready when I get there

I have gone in everyday for the last 7 days, ordered the same thing every time and have received a messed up order every time. There is also a huge language barrier at this location too. Outside of that the staff was extremely friendly and nice.

One of my go-to Dunkin’ places around my office. No place to sit though. Just grab and go for a brisk walk with friends and colleagues. In rare cases my order got messed up or missed the baristas made it up pretty quickly.

Today I went there and for the third time when I uncovered my order at my place of work they didn't give me what I asked for and for the second time they charged me twice for the same order I realized it because my bank sent me a notification I strongly recommend that you always ask your receipt ho make debit card
