This is a small nook in the hospital that is not handicapped accessible. The staff is rude but the policies are worse. They won’t sub anything on the menu even if you pay extra. This location is slow, don’t go in before an appt.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! This location was obviously created with the intention of serving those who already in the hospital. There is no signs from the street and there are no signs upon entering the hospital. Did I mention this location is in the hospital, the photos attached to this location are INCORRECT!After 25 mins of searching, I had to go to the Dunkin up the street to find where the location was. I finally find the store by following the trail of people with Dunkin bags in their hands, only to find my order hadn’t been even started yet. THIS LOCATION SHOULD NOT BE ON THE APP FOR PUBLIC ORDERING!

Store employee didn't honor promotion after I activated it. So bc I activated it & added 1 donut, I still ended up paying for my entire order. That they should have honored & put it in as a no sale or actually just put the order in & explain to their boss later. I shouldn't of had to pay if I'm using a promotional reward.

Do not go here. The few times I have ordered from here there always seems to be a problem. They are super slow and even with ordering ahead on the app and giving them sufficient time to get my coffee ready, I’ll go check and still have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes till my coffee is ready and everytime you have to go pick up your donut from the cashier and everyone thinks you are cutting the line. Today was the icing on the cake where I placed my app order and waited 30 minutes when I went down my cup was set out but empty. Apparently the espresso machine was down so after waiting 15 minutes for the cashier she said she can give me a regular coffee in exchange for my iced macchiato….there is clearly a price difference there. I said no I would just like a refund then and she said okay but you also have to give the donut back because today was free donut day. No issue I gave it back but I did not appreciate how rude she was the whole time, even to the customer before me. I will defiantly never be coming back to this location.
Staff move efficiently, and love to chop it up, good communication. I wish more locations were staffed like that and had a talkative crew. Def 5 stars.
They located INSIDE hospital on 2nd floor. Took me forever to find it
