This is the worst Dunkin’s. The line is always sooooo long from 6am-10am. Mobile orders always still have to wait in line even if I order 15-20 minutes early. They need to have 2 staff members working here in the morning.

The people who work here are always nice, but it's a bummer when you literally run to get there before they close at 7 and it's already locked up at 6:53 and the workers are waving their arms saying it's closed.

Tea tasted like coffee, I'm guessing that they use the same container for both without cleaning it. Eww.

Didn't listen to order. Hate a lot of cream in my coffee. Asked for a little. Got coffee cream instead.

Somewhat convenient location since I work across the street but I went in there this morning for the first time and was disappointed to find out Coffee is pretty mediocre. No flavor whatsoever, watered down and barely any oat milk. Flavorless, disgusting. you are better off getting your coffee at the Yawkey Building at MGH.

We stopped here because we were desperate for caffeine, and it was OK, but we should have shopped around for something better.

The worst Dunkin's ever.

Pointless location. They don't have anything besides donuts and coffee. The manager is the worst. The cashiers look miserable but I bet it is because of the low pay (can't blame them), they still gave me a good customer service. Can't say the same for the manager though. She took my order once and I had to read her badge twice because I couldn't believe she was the manager.

We stopped in here to buy wine for our hotel room instead of spending more $ in a bar on 2 glasses of the same stuff. This was our last night in town so we had to pick somewhat wisely! We happened upon it across from the train station. The selection was decent, and it WAS funny to see a Dunkin Donuts counter there. I don't know the area but I am sure the reason for this is the train station across the street. Some people like having a coffee place for convenience either before boarding a train or right getting off a train. Anyway, we found a selection (a red, don't remember what kind)and had no problems being 'followed' as people of color in the area. For a selection and nice store I'm compelled to only 3 stars, as we were not offered help with our purchase.
