Almost all of the seating and all tables were occupied by transients (or non-customers) and their personal belongings. Us paying customers had no where to sit and eat.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Unfortunately, my Boston Kreme donut was missing the cream inside, which was pretty disappointing given that it’s the signature item. On top of that, we had to spread the cream cheese on our own bagels, and they weren’t toasted even though we asked for them that way. The staff was polite and service was quick, but the attention to detail with the food just wasn’t there this time.

They gave me the wrong sandwich. What I got was a lesser sandwich, with less things in it, and I was still charged for the sandwich I actually ordered. Really terrible experience.

Rude staff, stood in line for 15 minutes whole time ONE girls order is being taken. They got my order wrong 3 times, we just decided to give up and take the wrong order. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged.

I would not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts, the woman working there was very rude after I kindly told her I had ordered a decaf latte and not regular. With a severe caffeine sensitivity I can only tolerate decaf so it was important to me that it be made decaffeinated. I said this nicely and her response was “no you didn’t” in a rude tone and then turned around without saying if she was willing to remake it or not. This was an unfortunate experience and has turned me away from returning to this Dunkin Location. I understand people have hard days but taking it out on me was rude and unnecessary

We had breakfast at this Dunkin’ store every morning for 3 days while we vacationed in Boston. The staff are very friendly and helpful (it was our first time at Dunkin’!). I was impressed by how well they managed all the orders during the busy morning rush. Great job guys! You have made some life long Dunkin’ fans.
