I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for 5 years. It supposed to close at 7 pm. At 6:51, I pulled on the doors. They were locked. I rushed back to my car in order to go through the drive thru and they would not take the order at 6:54. I pulled up to the drive thru and they would not take the order. This act of entitlement on their part is ridiculous. Of course, nothing will change. I guarantee management will not address it as well. Get there at 6:45 if you want a coffee prior to them closing. Entitlement and privilege is running ramped. If you don’t want to work, just leave and go somewhere else.

An okay coffeeshop, employees could be a little nicer but that's not why I am giving them 3 stars. I always order extra espresso shots in my latte and I they always charge me for them. However, I don't get the extra shots all the time. It's kinda hit or miss even tho they charge for them. Otherwise, nice place
