Horiffic customer service. I ordered through the app and upon picking up my order, they did not have something that I paid for. When I asked for a refund, they told me to come back tomorrow and wouldn’t listen when i told them i was on my way out of town and would not be able to come back tomorrow. At that point the employee LITERALLY shrugged and said she couldn’t do anything about it then. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager and make sure they are aware that their employees have horrific service and went about this issue in such an inappropriate way. Maybe they couldn’t open the register and remove money without a manger but offered no solution otherwise. No offer of a gift card for the amount i paid and apparently even unable to take it from their tip jar and have their manager reimburse them the following day when they said they would be working again anyway. Truly disgusted.

One of the more well run Dunks around for the amount of business they do its literally insane the weekends are nuts every morning before 10 am, is crazy make sure you order on the go and give them time before you do
