I almost never leave a review while still in line but this morning was just really annoying. There was a young man w pretty eyes that was just rude at the register. Everyone was nice and in a good mood but this person was rude, rushy, and probably shouldn't work in coffee. No one deserves to stay their day with an attitude especially but someone in coffee. I came to this location bc everyone was friendly, usually. We're all wrong sometimes I guess. Appreciate the kind and thoughtful employees everyone seemed to know everyone etc, then the was this person. The Monday morning grouch. Worth noting I was second in line with a small wait, in and out... Def not attitude worthy, at least for me. Crazy with starting your day like that.

My child ordered a frozen coffee with whipped cream, but the milk was spoiled. When they went back to the store to tell the staff, an older female employee responded very rudely, yelling, āYouāve already started drinking it, so we canāt take it back. Itās not spoiled.ā The quality of both the product and the service at this store is terrible. Itās also a serious issue that Dunkinā Donuts as a company neglects such poorly rated stores, does no employee training, and has no quality control. I will never use Dunkinā Donuts again. If my child gets sick, I will take legal action

BE CAREFUL WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: This location and it's employees do not take any care making their products. I've repeatedly gotten my order made entirely wrong (I go for sugar and milk substitutes, and they often just use real sugar and milk and don't think it's a problem). Even when I order a simple medium hot coffee with cream and sugar, I often have to give it back so they can add sugar/cream... Because they don't read the orders. For the cost, it's laughable. Go to 711 down the street for the same coffee, and you can at least ensure it is what you expect it to be.

Be careful if you have dietary restrictions. I canāt have dairy which is why I ordered almond milk. They served regular milk instead. The seasonal flavors are also awful.
