I usually have a decent experience here, but my god, today the manager was on something. I asked the girl at the register for a pup cup with my order, and as I was waiting for my food, another girl gave me a small cup OVERFLOWING with whipped cream, which I would’ve been fine with if I had my dog with me, but since I had to walk home a little bit, I needed a lid. They started getting busy and then the manager asked if I needed anything because she saw me still waiting, and when I asked for a lid for the pup cup that I got, she instantly started talking shit about me in Spanish, little does she know that I understand Spanish. I wasn’t rude at all when I asked so the attitude was very out of nowhere. Good thing I don’t normally go here, and now I am reminded why.

Be careful if you order Uber Eats. They like to put tall hot drinks on trays inside giant plastic bags that inevitably leads to spillage. Enjoyed about 30% of the drink I ordered. Ridiculous.
I stop here every morning omw to work. I use the Dunkin app, so my order is always ready with no issues... no even with having to request my bacon be fully cooked. The ladies are all friendly and smiles. I gave the atmosphere a 4 because the space is shared with 7-Eleven and can get congested with the morning rush... but, it's your one stop shop so that's a big plus!

Bad service ever, I paid for chicken sandwich they told me they run out for everything, how hard is it for you to cancel the things online you run out of, so customer won’t order and pay for it?? And it end up that I paid 7 bucks waiting endlessly for this two piece of bread and one piece of cheese add in it👎🏻 7 bucks, I ask for something that have similar price and that is not something I wanna paid for 7 bucks

This store has gotten my order wrong twice in a row. It's clear they don't read orders carefully at all.
Today I ordered delivery including a Kreme Delight donut (normally I'd go in person but I just didn't have time today), and they gave me a glazed donut instead. I suppose that could have been the result of what they had in stock, but I'm inclined to think they screwed up, because there have always been plenty of Kreme Delight donuts when I've visited stores in-person recently, and the staff don't seem super familiar with the names of products anyway.
Last time I ordered from this location, it was a pick up order for mixed glazed and pumpkin munchkins. They tried to give me mixed glazed and chocolate and I had to ask them to fix it.

The blue shirt lady can't understand English got angry at us cuz we wanted our bagels double toasted she started slamming drawers and stuff there's a huge language barrier here

i only order at this location because of the convenience of my commute but it’s the last time. Every order, the coffee is horrible and something missing from my order. Today I ordered two meals deals and there were only 2 hashbrowns in one of the packets??? I’ve worked at a location before so I I know how nearly impossible it is to mess up an order unless you 1. Don’t look over the order or 2. Absolutely don’t care. I couldn’t even say anything bc my boyfriend picked it up and we drove off. Also, Ive seen reviews say they received rotten milk what is wrong with these workers??

I almost never leave a review while still in line but this morning was just really annoying. There was a young man w pretty eyes that was just rude at the register. Everyone was nice and in a good mood but this person was rude, rushy, and probably shouldn't work in coffee. No one deserves to stay their day with an attitude especially but someone in coffee. I came to this location bc everyone was friendly, usually. We're all wrong sometimes I guess. Appreciate the kind and thoughtful employees everyone seemed to know everyone etc, then the was this person. The Monday morning grouch. Worth noting I was second in line with a small wait, in and out... Def not attitude worthy, at least for me. Crazy with starting your day like that.

My child ordered a frozen coffee with whipped cream, but the milk was spoiled. When they went back to the store to tell the staff, an older female employee responded very rudely, yelling, “You’ve already started drinking it, so we can’t take it back. It’s not spoiled.”
The quality of both the product and the service at this store is terrible.
It’s also a serious issue that Dunkin’ Donuts as a company neglects such poorly rated stores, does no employee training, and has no quality control.
I will never use Dunkin’ Donuts again.

They provide rotten milk and don't let them return it, and they claim that it's not rotten. It's better not to go anyway
Only think I will share regarding my experience at this location is CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING and it starts with the owner/manager to trickle down to the employees who are worse.
If you don’t want to waste your money and have a bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
