My child ordered a frozen coffee with whipped cream, but the milk was spoiled. When they went back to the store to tell the staff, an older female employee responded very rudely, yelling, “You’ve already started drinking it, so we can’t take it back. It’s not spoiled.” The quality of both the product and the service at this store is terrible. It’s also a serious issue that Dunkin’ Donuts as a company neglects such poorly rated stores, does no employee training, and has no quality control. I will never use Dunkin’ Donuts again. If my child gets sick, I will take legal action

BE CAREFUL WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: This location and it's employees do not take any care making their products. I've repeatedly gotten my order made entirely wrong (I go for sugar and milk substitutes, and they often just use real sugar and milk and don't think it's a problem). Even when I order a simple medium hot coffee with cream and sugar, I often have to give it back so they can add sugar/cream... Because they don't read the orders. For the cost, it's laughable. Go to 711 down the street for the same coffee, and you can at least ensure it is what you expect it to be.

Be careful if you have dietary restrictions. I can’t have dairy which is why I ordered almond milk. They served regular milk instead. The seasonal flavors are also awful.
