The girls there need more training and customer care , the girl with red hair was very rude when i showed her what she made for hot chocolate, it tests like water mixed with color and sugar
Hard to get to and hospital security was incredibly rude and unhelpful in finding the location this morning. Avoid.

I'm disabled and ordered online and when I got to the store they didn't have some of the items I already paid for and the items were more than the substitutes and I didn't have this experience the previous time I was at this establishment, which really disappointed me because I know this establishment has excellent service
2 months ago this DD had good strong coffee; today (3/2/21) coffee was weak \\u0026 oh well.....

Always make sure my order is right.toasts my food perfectly and eager to fix any problem with my coffee. Overall just a great crew.
Horrible customer service. Staff is rude, mean, and angry. I plan to stop going to Dunkin after my last terrible experience.
