I ordered a large cold brew with three pumps of sugar-free vanilla and a splash of half-and-half. When I received my coffee, it came with a splash of skim milk, so I asked the woman to add a splash of half-and-half and when she returned the coffee back to me it had more skim milk. I asked the woman to not remake it and just add a splash of cream or half-and-half and when she gave me the coffee back the cup was clearly mostly cream and not much coffee. It was a very, very very light color and did not taste good. Obviously there was a miscommunication and I got my coffee elsewhere, but it was frustrating and the woman didn’t seem to care who was making the coffee, but the guy at the register was really nice!

The poor service in terms of preparing the drinks is incredible. God, it's exhausting to tell you how to really prepare an "iced macchiato." I will never shop at this branch again ✌🏻

Excellent service! It was 10 minutes before the establishment closed and although I thought that maybe this would bother the employees a little because they were almost done with their shift before leaving, on the contrary they were very kind and helpful. And the food was of the same quality.

I would like to place a formal complaint for the manager Luana. I was trying to place an order for my mother of a Medium French Vanilla Iced Latte no whole milk just cream (as I have done in every other Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to). Luana told me she could not do that and I told her that is exactly how I order at every other location. Luana then lied to us and told us they did not have creamer. After we finished placing our order we then asked Kevin if they had creamer because my mother cannot have whole milk so we would prefer to have cream (as in every other location we have been to) and Kevin told us yes so my mother requested the creamer. Luana heard when we asked Kevin about the creamer instead of whole milk and she called him over and (speaking in spanish, which we do understand) we over heard her threatening that if he made the drink he would be getting in trouble. Kevin did seem a bit shaken up by Luana and her nasty attitude towards him, Kevin came to us and apologized explaining to us he would not be able to make the drink. We understood because we did not want him to get in trouble by his manager. We then left the store unsatisfied with Luana but Kevin was super kind and courteous as he was very eager to help us.

Ordered 2 snacking bacon on the app. Went to pick up the order. Bacon is cold as hell and bacon isn’t even cooked well. I wasn’t the only one with the issue, another customer was seen dumping all his bacon in the trash. One person working in the whole store!!!

I feel they need to retrained everyone to make coffee I have been going to this dukin for years and their coffee is not up to par. It taste watery you can never taste the cofffe flavor I feel they are serving day old coffee and I feel like they are not following correct measurements because every time the same coffee I always order never taste the same and not in a good way again no flavor measurements are way off or just water down coffee They need someone to come down ASAP and train proper coffee making
