Awful experience at this Dunkin’s. A couple family members and I were in the area for a concert and decided to grab some coffee’s and food for the drive home. The older guy working behind the counter overnight was instantly rude when I walked up. As I was placing our order he became more rude and started giving me attitude. I couldn’t even place my order entirely because he started raising his voice and telling me to hurry up. It took everything in my power to remain cool. Definitely do not go here!

The Dunkin’s portion was absolutely fine, just don’t go there because the lady behind the 7/11 counter will accuse you of stealing after spending your hard earned money here

I ordered a bagel twist and cream cheese. A not so complicated order and I used to work at Dunkin’s so it could’ve took 2 seconds for the worker at the register to grab m y bagel twist and bag it and hand it to me. If I could give 0 starts I could, don’t go

Absolutely deplorable customer service. Man behind the counter (middle aged/older white gentleman) told me “not to let the door hit me on my way out” after I accidentally spilled my drink, apologized, and tried to help clean it. Disgusting man and shame on everyone else there who said nothing

This location used to be much better, I placed an order at the register, and waited for my sandwich and coffee, the guy behind the counter finished making it, put it at the opposite end of the counter, walked over to me and told me to go get it..:kind of odd.
Unfortunately it's inside a store and it always seems hot inside and there's always flys. I've seen them sitting on the donuts and or flying around them, and it is disgusting
