1 star is generous, this is the worst Dunkin to ever exist. Unfortunately it’s closest to my house and the most convenient. Every 6 months or so I give it a chance and am reminded of just of how bad it is. I’ve ordered on the app a half hour before pickup, and when I get there my order still won’t be done, nobody will be behind the counter, and the gas station attendee will say they are “in the bathroom” after I’ve been standing there for 10 minutes. I’ve walked away from my order empty handed after paying due to how long it takes multiple times. They always seem to get orders wrong and the place is dirty and a mess. They are also out of things often. Not even worth the trip.

This place it’s the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts in the city. It was slow way back. They remodel still slow. They need to pick up their paste. I waited 20 minutes for two coffees and two sandwiches. they need to hire more people and stop being so cheap

Been going here for 20 years at least and they always had a bathroom but now they don't allow customers to use the bathroom anymore. They have an out of order sign for weeks. Won't be stopping here again.

This is the second time they've forgotten a main items. They don't pay attention and it's ridiculous. Definitely not how to run a business. Can't be that hard to make sure all items are in the bag. The list is literally taped on the bag. I would avoid this place all together. There are plenty of other DD close by! NEVER

I placed an order online , The person in charge did not want to give me my coffee, because they were supposedly closed and cleaning, when that was not true , Closing time was 7, there were still 30 minutes left. Apart from the terrible attitude ? without a doubt I will not
