A more important aspect of this place is to attend to the customer and stop continuing personal business until the end of business spurt.

I went in here this morning and the woman that took my order was very upbeat, through and she has a glow. She repeated my order back and she was very clear and easy to understand. The gentleman that made my hash brown was very fast and pleasant. Great experience here so early in the morning. I came here 4 times and had to leave a review the people are nice and pleasant. Tips well deserved. Thank you?

Really distasteful to be told that I better be glad that they’re open on Christmas Day, as if we’re a burden. Customer service goes a long way!

My coffees where made good! The crossiants are a little hard they need some work but everything else i ordered was fine. My order was correct. I would have gave it a 5 but it was the sausage egg an cheese croissant that needs some work. Thank you again for my awesome coffees. Smile !

this is the worst dunkin i have ever been to in my life. i ordered a maple bacon sandwich with no egg and an extra slice of cheese, which i get is a little different, but not a crazy request. the guy at the drive through told me he was waiting on a sausage and cheese croissant, and when i corrected him he was not receptive and continued to insist i had ordered a sausage and cheese sandwich. i know i didn't order that because i hate sausage and have an albeit weird order. regardless, i took the incorrect sandwich, parked and went inside to have it fixed and get the drink he forgot to give me as well. i got my drink and after 5 minutes of asking for a cashier or cook to help me, was helped and then waited two minutes to be given the exact same freaking sausage and cheese sandwich that i did not order that i had handed back to be fixed. did i mention it was also christmas? 0/10

This is the only location open on my route to work. Every morning without fail I sit at the drive thru waiting ( some days for up to 25 minutes ) despite having ordered ahead on the app. I get a different excuse depending on the day. “ Our system is down. “ or. “ We can only take cash “ <——-SUS! or “ our headphones don’t work. “ Staff is miserable and rude!

I've always enjoyed coming here to this dunks! It's a memorable dunks for me since I can recall coming here on a daily basis esp around the early 2000s since my friends were obsessed with the "coffee coolatta's" which now they're referred to as a frozen coffee. I am pretty sure they taste totally different though unfortunately. Also I knew a few girlfriends from the neighborhood who started working here which this place gave them their 1st job opportunities. I would tend to visit them esp cus soon enough they had become some of the best crew members at the time. They knew what they were doing, and were always on point + they had things running smoothly...and got promoted over time. Throughout the years more of my friends worked at this location. Plus just bringing other friends from school we would all be sitting inside enjoying ourselves and our drinks ☕ and donuts ? and of course plenty of jokes laughs and gossip I'm sure. Now it's been renovated and looks a bit more fancy now with the bakery window and coffee taps plus mobile ordering. Plus one of the few dunks to stay open 24/7 with a Drive-Thru. You can dine in or dine out meaning at their 1 of the 2 umbrella covered tables in front which is nice to do esp if you have kids and it's nice sunny day out! ?Kid-friendliness: Also kids can sit inside or even outside where they have 2 umbrella covered tables during spring/summer/fall seasons well depending on the weather I'm sure.

One of the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to.

Only drive thru around! Bad location, bad parking lot (all patches and pot holes) and drive through is pretty slow. They also won't take your phone if you use tap to pay, claiming it's a liability.

They did not complete my order, refused to fulfill it when I asked, and then would not refund me. I had already waited in line for over 20 minutes and they wanted me to get back into the line that had gotten even longer. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
