Overly prioritizes mobile orders. Waited in line 45 minutes before ordering. There were about 10 people in line ahead of me. I get being busy and corporate priorities mobile orders, but this is a bit excessive.

I don’t know what’s going on lately . But this location close at 6pm & I have gone at 4pm or even 5 and everytime I go they do not want to make food orders . I have even seen them be closed before closing hours . The workers here are lazy . Always on there phone behind the counters while there a line .

On a random afternoon, I decided to grab a coffee while waiting for my ride. I walked in expecting nothing more than a quick cup to go. To my surprise, the barista, Lunny, was so kind and offered to make me a surprise drink. Best decision ever! She crafted a coffee that wasn’t too sweet but was perfectly balanced and flavorful, topped with something I couldn’t quite identify but it was delicious. Her warm customer service and the quality of the coffee were both 10/10.

Like all other Dunkin’s they prioritize mobile orders, over those in the store. Be smart enough to turn off mobile orders if you can’t keep up.

The food is normally always hot which is a plus but some of the employees just don’t care and would rather hide on their cellphone and it’s evident by other employees asking for help and calling there name.

The most ignorant disheveled looking employee of dunkin' donuts I've ever seen stuff in her face at the register paying me no mind and continue to eat with a taking my order also complete silence the whole experience You must love your job

There's a convention across the street today and this dunks was packed! Food took a bit longer, but the manager was right up front keeping the orders flowing and guests moving. Great effort from the team on what I imagine is a very hectic morning.
