Place was better between 2010-2014. Lines moved faster and store was cleaner.

It's a Dunkin. This one is right in the Seaport - I always stop at at least one location anytime I am in town. So we were staying directly across the street so it is walkable in the area. I found the staff to be bored and slow. There was only one person waiting for his order - so it's not like they were flat out busy. If you're looking for Dunks and you're close by, stop in. Just don't have high expectations if you're in a time crunch.

Tradition DD shop. Free Wi-fi on The seaport road. There is a electric lift for wheelchairs. Offer hot drinks, a variety of donuts and hot bagel breakfast. Seating for about 25 people. Coffee is really good. Worth a try. Plse like if this helped.

Clean, easy access but it only takes one bad employee to bring the rating down. Hope you don't get her when you come in.

We needed a quick bite so Dunkin did the trick - 2 large coffees, a blueberry muffin and breakfast muffin (egg & sausage pate) all for $12 We loved it and the service was fast - hail Dunkin!

This Dunkin’ close always earlier than regular work hours.

Wow, I cannot begin to Express my current level of disappointment. Yesterday, after a 10 hour day at the ski and snowboard expo, all I wanted was a nice hot tea to accompany me on my way home. When looking at the website, I noticed that the Dunkin was open until 7. When we went to open the door it was 6:53 and the doors were locked. The employee proceed to point at the clock as if it was after 7, when in fact it was not even close. I had to drive home with no voice and the Feeling of sand paper in my throat with nothing to sip on. Thanks a lot dunkin.

Extremely slow with one register open and 20 -25 customers waiting to order or receive their food. All during the morning & lunch periods..
Absolutely disgusting place! If you're in such a high traffic area and lots of people are coming and going from your establishment then KEEP it CLEAN! You should have at least one personnel on top of the cleaning. The tables had empty coffees, sugar, used napkins and so did the floors. Lord have Mercy, if I was the health inspector I'd shut you down!

It's Dunkins. But $2.50 for a small bottle of Poland Spring is a tad on the costlier side

Awful just awful!! Lame donuts and horrible flat flavorless breakfast sandwiches. Supposedly they are known for coffee but that was dirty water. If they are given more than no stars you are truly desperate for anything to drink or eat. My recommendation is don't come here.

It's dudos. What's not to love? They had butternut doughnuts (the second best DD doughnut- chocolate butternut is the best but finding it is like finding the white whale). Bas8c and no frills.

They need a new / sharper bagel cutter. The one they have just mangled the bagel. Otherwise a good experience
