When someone orders variety min blind that means more than TWO TYPES!!! If you guys are overwhelmed hire more staff! Pay attention 3 drinks two straws?! Sandwich missing egg! Your store needs to pay attention!! Never again when u go to this store don’t be on a lunch break. It takes them forever to get your purchase.

WORST DUNKIN EVER. would not take my order through drive thru. Employees were so rude. this is not the first time i have been treated in a disrespectful way at this Dunkin. i will never return.
Horrible service, plus extremely slow, older woman who makes the food is rude and will make faces while staring at you,their coffee always tastes burnt. Expect something to be missed in the coffee order (Sugar, cream, sweet cold foam. Also you will drive away with food missing from your order in the bag. they Never ever give napkins without begging for them

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The coffee is nasty, and it seems like they do things with their feet. The customer service is bad, and the donuts are old. I can’t believe I kept spending money here. Horrible experience overall.
I had a disappointing experience with my recent order. I requested black coffee, but instead received coffee with cream and sugar, which was not what I asked for. The coffee itself tasted terrible—more like boiled water than actual coffee. Additionally, the hash browns were burnt. Overall, I spent $30 and nothing was done correctly. This place is going underground I hope someone check how things done at this location

This place is horrible
Super understaffed today. Multiple mobile ordering customers next to me waited 30+ minutes for their orders. I had to leave and didn’t even get my order!
The guy with glasses and long hair is a racist. If he sees that you are Hispanic, he starts saying rude things and throwing things around very badly. Today I had that bad experience again with him.
