The guy with glasses and long hair is a racist. If he sees that you are Hispanic, he starts saying rude things and throwing things around very badly. Today I had that bad experience again with him.

Orient heights Dunkin donuts is the dirtiest most untrained and miserable employees I've EVER BEEN TO!? 5 years later and the place is under new management of which a woman is the rudest individual I have witnessed run a restaurant. The place is clean and the majority of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the products and the regulars

Apart from the fact that they are slow, the employees do not know how to treat their customers well. They make them wait up to 10 minutes to take their order and not only that, they give them the wrong order. Today I had the worst experience in that place. They stole my points and apart from that, they make me pay for my order. There is a Hispanic lady who is very rude to her customers.

The establishment may be overvalued in comparison to other establishments in the New England region. The quality of the coffee is subpar and the prices are excessively high. There are numerous alternative options available, but the establishment's marketing strategies are commendable.

The service is slow. How you got 6 people in the back doing the order and the one in the register leave her post to go help the 6 people in the back while there's a line of people waiting!! This place always been slow!

Forgot the flavoring in the coffee and forgot the hashbrowns. When I asked them for the hashbrowns (didnt even bother with the coffee because they were all yelling at each other behind the counter already) they told me they were in the bag. Obviously I wouldn't ask if they were already in the bag girl just give me my hashbrowns and let me leave.

Asian woman, yes I need to be specific on her looks, not being racist. I ordered an iced latte and two other iced regular coffees. When i pulled up to the window she automatically snapped and said, this order will take 15 minutes because of the latte." I did too snapped because first, it's a drive thru and NEVER EVER I been told to wait 15 minutes, I have been asked nicely in other dunks to park and they will bring it to me. Horrible customer service but it looks like seeing the other reviews, management doesn't care

Please listen to all of the other reviewers on here. Worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. Only two people in line ahead of us and it took 10 minutes for us to put our order in just to be told that the espresso machine doesn’t work. Rude manager as well.
