one of the busiest locations but they have it down to a science. you get in and get out quickly. dd food isnt the greatest but get the job done so my score is no reflection of the establishment. its just ok food. but service is always quick and friendly. i love this location. parking can get a little crazy in the lot when its busy but spot free up quickly due to the efficient service. Dont be surprised if some holds the door for you or give u a compliment they are just being nice and hoping you may give them a donation. they are usually very friendly.

This is happening to much now, I'm missing some or all my items this is the 4th time whom ever is packaging the food for delivery sucks I will stop ordering from this DD I wonder if coopaterate caress when they loose a customer

I was tricked by the donuts went in with my daughter they LOOKED huge. Meanwhile she gave me a pocket sized honey glazed for my daughter. Coffee was made correctly though thank you.

I walk a little longer from my house to go here just because they always make my drink the best. I order on the app and my order is always made quickly. The staff there is super efficient and friendly. They also pronounce my name correctly so that’s a plus :)

I went to this place I wanted to have a coffee but I needed to use the bathroom first but they didn't let me because there is only a bathroom for employees now tell me how can I have coffee without going to the bathroom first
This is a small and busy Dunkin. Its very busy with people loitering outside. There is no drive through. I ordered a frozen mocha (which is a menu item) and they weren't sure what that was until I opened the app and pointed to the item. They forgot to give me a donut I paid for.

Crack of dawn the doordash side of the store is ridiculous they don’t put effort at all into making sure the order is correct prior to leaving the store the number doesn’t work I can go on this franchise owner should be ashamed!!!

I went to the dunkin' donuts in Norwood today and it was great not a lot of dunkin' donuts carry lemon when you order a tea but this one definitely has lemon and no complaints about it
