Some guy at the counter with glasses and dreads gave me my mobile order and i had to come in more than once and the third time he said “miss what did you forget now?” i said a straw and napkins. Then he has the audacity to say “don’t forget your head next time” clearly meaning i have no sense , im deeply offended and if he would’ve gave me all my stuff in one go i wouldn’t have to do that and go back in. Like who gives a person an order without napkins like that’s the first thing you should know how to do and not be rude. Not coming back here for a while.

Came in here very late the other night, and service was better than most dunkin donuts I have been to during the daytime. My order was taken fast, the points were collected, and before I had time to stand to the side and wait, my drink was ready. Hats off to this locatfion.

Every-time I go here all the shifts are on point and never get my order wrong. Even with the area being a little rough this location holds up to cleanliness and good hospitality. One time I left a bag with brand new hats inside and I was sure it was gone forever but NuNu who’s a great employee held my bad for me until I came the next day. Very thankful and a big plus is that it’s open 24 hours

Disgusting exprience, today 30th June. As a customer, after buying, they did not allow me to use the washroom, saying that it is not a "public restroom"! Not even to wash my hands before/after eating their products. Basic education and common sense is lacking from these workers.

I called this store about 3am’sh to ask when fresh donuts are put out, and the person who answered the phone answered like I was calling her house with the tone and nasty attitude she gave (Ignorant & Ghetto). I decided to wait until 4am when the Quincy one opens because their customer service is Excellent.
